Very nice but thin ceiling if staying on first floor
Pros:

Very clean and a hot shower

Cons:

The ceiling is thin. There was a family above who had kids that were stomping around the room until 11pm. Would only recommend staying on second floor

It’s a comfortable stay. Actually prefer it to the Hyatt(?yhotel in westlake.
Pros:

Surprised by the price. I stayed when it first opened

Good quality hotel
Pros:

We only stayed for 1 night on our way to LA but the hotel was lovely.
Comfortable rooms, great pool area.

Cons:

We arrived at 5pm when check in was 4pm and our room wasn’t ready. We waited for a further 20 mins in the lobby. In fairness to the hotel, we were given a free drink and snack and it really wasn’t a major issue
The people in the room next to us had 2 dogs which barked constantly from 5am.
Perhaps they should put all rooms with dogs together.

Great for families
Pros:

The staff are excellent and polite and friendly. They make your life as easy as possible. Allowing you to switch rooms and stay in the existing room until the next one is available if you had to split reservation. Also, they have kitchens and the entire place is very clean.

Cons:

Charge for parking.

Great value good location
Pros:

Very nice property. Exceptional staff very friendly attentive and knowledgeable. Room was a bit small but laid out well. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. Pool area was really nice clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and convenient when getting moving in the mornings. A/C kept the room nice and comfortable on those hot days.

Pros:

It had a kitchenette. The pillows were nice.

Cons:

I heard people having sex through the walls many times!
I also only had one good night sleep here, one day waking up at
4:30 am after an unrestful sleep.
