Good location pleasant roo.m
Poor parking facilities and one of my towels was dirty.Asked for a ground floor room had to go up two flights of stairs.
The staff member on reception was very polite and did his best to accommodate the requests we made and anything else we needed, the room was clean and spacious with a nice en suite the tv is a good size, good furniture, gad everything needed.
The staff member on reception was very friendly and polite, having stayed at this hotel previously I made a request to stay in the same room as before and although I understand requests cannot always be adhered to mine was which is very much appreciated, the room is spacious good bathroom, decent size tv, and the room was just genuinely perfect

The broken windows unsafe the broken shower the broken cabinet door hanging which had a fridge wasnt switched on that was room 10 we complained & got room 10 heater hanging off the wall sweltering heat no fans to cool room 8 , we paid £65 to stay one night .room 10 overlooked the courtyard where people were smoking cigarette smoke came straight into our room & as the window handle was broken it was very hard to shut , the heat was 28° outside but both rooms fell much hotter . Ps the photos are deceiving the bath photo is only the wedding suite not as description so we wasted £65
