Very clean, nearby everywhere we need to go
People in the hallways were very loud
The Staff were amazing from the time we checked in till the time we departed the staff were friendly and kind. The front desk staff were very helpful and assisted us in a couple of our request and questions regarding the area. The Housekeeping staff were also very friendly and were very accommodating. When we return to the area for our next trip we will likely stay at this location once more.
We saw that there was a lack of trash receptacles in the hotel or at least those accessible to the guest and on a couple of the days we noticed that the trash cans near the elevators were running over due to other guest, possibly, depositing their trash there from their rooms. This issue seemed to be rectified by the housekeeping staff upon their arrival to the floor for cleaning and we did not notice the problem after they had taken care of it early in the a.m.
The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. There were cookies in the lobby.
We didn't realize the bathroom had a pocket door instead of a regular door. Not a fan of pocket doors. Driving to get fast food for dinner was stressful, the traffic was heavy and getting into the mall areas a bit complicated. The desk lamp was not
moveable, a bit close to your head when working on the laptop. Not as nice a place as the Holiday Inn we stayed at in Lincoln NE the night before.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean.
They could have updated the seating area for breakfast. The chairs were worn.

The pool and hot tub were not clean, room was awesome but it was dusty and also the bathroom floors and bathtub did not look clean. The USB outlets by the phone were not working as well.
