Overall, it was fine. Would I stay there again? Probably, but don’t expect a good night sleep!
Pros:

We liked the neighborhood. It was super quiet and had great access to grocery & convenient stores, short walk to trains/subways, & access to shopping/dining. For being such a small room we were glad to have a closet for our clothes. It was very clean.

Cons:

We had a change of travel plans and needed to leave two days early. We were within the cancellation window, so we reached out to see if we could adjust the dates. We were told we would have to cancel and rebook the entire trip. There was no vacancy, so we didn’t want to risk canceling. We ended up paying for the two additional nights & just left early. That is bad business, especially since we were within our cancellation window. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was about 4-5 inches thick on a platform bed. There were only 3 bed pillows.

Ok for short stay.
Pros:

Last minute booking, not realising it was an apartment.

Cons:

Beds were small and uncomfortable. Small couch took up the only spare space that made the room hard to move in.

Le Shu hôtel est dans une rue calme mais on peut accéder à pied à l'effervescence de Shinjuku. Il est proche du métro, à 2 pas de Kombinis, d'un super marché, de restaurant et café. Il est très fonctionnel : frigio, défroisseur de linge,kitchenette, machine à laver, mode sechage dans la salle de bain pour un séchage rapide de la lessive. Je recommande cette adresde

Les chambres 1 sont un peu exigu et ne permettent pas de laisser 2 valises ouvertes au sol. Les chambres 2 sont plus spacieuses

Le lieu géographique

Cons:

Tres humide, pas propre, plein de poussière et la vaisselle sale.
Machine à lavé ne lave pas bien le linge + l’abime.
De plus, il n’y a rien pour étendre le linge

Buona zona per visitare Tokyo
Pros:

A 10 minuti a piedi dalla più vicina fermata metro e a 15/20 dalla stazione di Shinjuku. Per chi non ha problemi nello spostarsi a piedi è quindi un ottimo punto dove alloggiare. Nelle vicinanze troverete vari konbini e ristoranti aperti fino a tarda notte.

Pros:

We are regular visitors of Hotel Shu. We like the rooms which are perfect for a longer stay. We also like the location of easy distance from Marunouchi line, 61 bus to and from Shinjuku Station and some walking of the more lively Shinjuku area.

Cons:

The rooms 802 layout is not as good as others.

Pros:

We like the location and the easy convenience of being in Shinjuku without having the inconveniences of it.
The rooms are conveniently furnished for a longer stay.
We should also praise the Service as we had some layout issues in one room and they did the maximum to allow a change at a convenient timing for us. Thank you for this effort

Cons:

For a longer stay we would appreciate an ironman table but I understand that it is not required by most.
