Pros:

The apartments are very comfortable and super clean, there is everything needed, kitchen is great, the staff is nice. There is a 7eleven just 3 min walk and a super market as well on the side.
The metro is 13 min walking, it’s a quiet neighborhood. Just a great place to rest after a long day exploring the city. I’d come back for sure.

Pros:

お部屋は清潔で快適でした。今回は１泊の利用でしたが、連泊するのも良い、むしろその方がお得に泊まれると思います。お部屋のクリーニング代として4,000円かかるので、なおさら連泊の方が良いと思います。宿泊数に応じたバスタオル等のアメニティはお部屋に用意していてくるのでしょうか？家庭用の洗濯機があるので、そこも私にとっては良かったです。

今回初めての利用で、入室のシステムよくわからなかったので、電話でお聞きしました。丁寧に教えていただきましたが、電話している間にホテルのスタッフの方に遭遇し、丁寧に教えていただきました。

Poor customer service.
Cons:

What I paid for was not received, I did not stay there with a late check in after midnight as indicated possible on website. Due to a malfunction of site I was charged twice for a room I did not use and alerted the property and the site immediately yet I was refused a full refund which I still request please.
