Pros:

Walking distance to Sunway University and convenient with friendly staff that accommodated our flight delay and check in smooth.

Cons:

Bit loud during night as the streets are a bit noisy with vehicles.

A Disappointing Hotel Experience

The hotel was noisy at night because it was located near a highway. The constant noise from large-displacement motorcycles kept waking me up in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a good night's sleep during either of the two nights I stayed there.

During check-in, the female receptionist, whom I assumed was Indian because she had a red dot on her forehead, was not particularly welcoming. She had a very cold expression and rushed through the hotel information so quickly that I felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable. Despite this unwelcoming attitude, she then demanded a RM100 deposit. I asked whether there was any flexibility regarding the deposit, such as allowing them to hold my passport or accepting Vietnamese dong instead, as we had not brought much Malaysian ringgit with us. However, she insisted that the only acceptable option was a RM100 cash deposit. This was unreasonable, as hotels generally offer some flexibility with deposit arrangements. Furthermore, I could not find any deposit policy mentioned on the booking website.

Some basic amenities that a hotel should provide were also missing. For example, there were no slippers for indoor use and no proper wardrobe or place to hang clothes, just a short horizontal rail with three hooks.

However, the room was quite small for a Deluxe Queen room.

Overall, although the hotel is rated one star, the facilities and service did not fully meet even the basic expectations of a one-star hotel. Considering the price, I found it rather poor value for money. Needless to say, I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to my friends.

Cons:

价格的确有点贵，毕竟靠近sunway lagoon
然后前台和清洁人员没有沟通好，把还没收拾好的房间给了我，我check in就花了我30分钟

Boleh laaa just because it’s near to shopping mall
Pros:

The strategy place cause it’s near to the sunway mall

Cons:

No sound proof. Didn’t realise when booking this place would be noise during night time as downstairs is kedai mamak. It’s would be great you put some sound proof to the window. And I was about to use the hairdryer, turns out when you press the button, a spark of fire produces and smell burn. Regret not bring my own hairdryer.
