Staybridge Suites in Scottsdale is FABULOUS
Pros:

What a FABULOUS place to stay in Scottsdale, AZ. The location is great / staff is gracious, patient and friendly.

On an uneventful Monday evening, we enjoyed a free HAPPY HOUR which included beer and several types of wine along with light hors ‘d oeuvres. Our Cabernet was delicious.

Headed for Sedona tomorrow and looking forward to that, but our time at Staybridge Suites has been terrific.

Pros:

Made reservation over the phone. the young lady I was speaking said she only worked the hotel for one month. She told me I had reserved a room for April 18th, 2026. When I got to the hotel the man behind the desk said hotel was sold out and there was no reservation in my name. They had taken my credit information and confirmed a gov't rate for me. When I explained this to the person at the desk he said to take one of the manager' cards and take it up with them. I will never go to Staybridge if I can avoid it. They don't provide their staff with adequate training.

Pros:

I like the variety of food on the complimentary breakfast buffet, everything was delicious. I was so pleased with the service Angela from the buffet area was awesome and informative she went above and beyond. Thank you Angela.
