Pros:

We love staying here. However the 1st night was a little rough as the AC was not cooling the room, rooms felt muggy and stuffy. Staff tried to fix issue but were unable to until maintenance came in the next morning. Maintenance got on it right away, made the rest of our stay better and more comfortable after issue was resolved

Great experience and service!
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We were on the road on a family trip, and were able to check in early, which was a relief. Once there, everyone was more than helpful to help us get situated and in the pool to stretch our legs.

Cons:

WiFi could have been a little stronger, but that was a minor hiccup.
