Un weekend estremamente rilassante.
Pros:

L'area SPA è veramente molto, molto grande. E' stato un pomeriggio estremamente piacevole e sono rimasta particolarmente colpita anche dalla dimensione delle piscine interne. Inoltre abbiamo avuto la fortuna di usufruirne in un pomeriggio molto tranquillo (c'era solo un'altra coppia oltre a noi).
Abbiamo prenotato la cena, di ottima qualità e con una vasta scelta di vini.
La camera era veramente molto spaziosa - tanto spaziosa che il salottino poteva (e credo dovrebbe) ospitare un divano più grande. Il bagno grandissimo e tutto moderno e ben ristrutturato.
La colazione di alta qualità e con una ampia scelta di buffet e portate alla carta (a pagamento).

Cons:

Trovo che la depandance in cui siamo stati non sia di facilissimo/comodissimo accesso, soprattutto per gli ospiti che intendono usufruire della SPA - o della piscina (per quanto la disponibilità degli spogliatoi aiuti ad ovviare al problema).
La camera da letto non ha purtroppo garantito il livello di buio che mi aspetto al mattino - le tende oscuranti senza neanche una piccola persiana in camera e l'esposizione ad est mi hanno svegliata molto presto.

Struttura di pregio ben ristrutturata .
Abbiamo alloggiato nella dependance in una suite su due piani arredata con stile
La spa comprende tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per un pomeriggio rilassante.
Colazione abbastanza ricca con prodotti locali e personale molto gentile

Bella la struttura, bella la spa e il paesaggio.

Cons:

La camera pagata di più non era come da foto e la risposta "..eh ma le foto sono solo indicative" poco seria e un po' studiata ad hoc. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante della struttura, cena pagata a parte non compresa, e il cibo solo nella media e anche la colazione non eccezionale, una delusione il bunet peccato! Scomodo il parcheggio in salita e un po' lontano da raggiungere. Pagato in totale poco meno di 400€. per una notte con la cena.

Besuch bei Berta in der Destillerie
Pros:

Sehr schönes Haus gutes Restaurant und sehr schöner Spa

Cons:

Restaurant leider Dienstag und Mittwoch zu.
Frühstück an den Tagen wo das Restaurant zu hat war nicht alles erhältlich und da erwarte ich dass das Buffet auch an diesen Tagen alles bietet.
Spa könnte man im Saunabereich auch grössere Badetücher zur Verfügung stellen

Es lohnt sich nur bedingt - mehr Schein als Sein

Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber meiner Meinung geht das überhaupt nicht, dass man in einem 5 Sterne Hotel für Eierspseisen 8 Euro zusätzlich verlangt. Man könnte mehr auf Regionale Sachen zurück greifen und das Buffet noch ansprechender gestalten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider in einem anderen Teil ausserhalb des Hautpgebäudes untergebracht. Es hat dort keinen Lift und ist sehr ringhörig, direkt neben der Kirche, man sieht nur an die Kirchenmauer. Das Zimmer war gross, der Tv aber alt und sehr klein. Die Duscharmaturen waren sehr kompliziert zu bedienen. Allgemein mussten wir immer sehr lange warten um eine Bestellung für Getränke aufzugeben. Irgendwie hatte man fast das Gefühl, man sei als Gast nicht erwünscht etwas zu trinken. Der Spa war top. Die Führung in der Berta Distillerie war ebenfalls super.

Ottima la colazione ed il servizio.
Molto confortevole la SPA.
La camera ha soddisfatto le aspettative pur essendo un piano terreno nelka dependance.

Cons:

La cena ci ha un po' deluso.
Lo chef pur avendo una buona tecnica ha proposto abbinamenti non sempre condivisibili.
L'innovazione proposta non sempre e' risultata migliore della tradizione.

Il potenziale c’è ma mal espresso e poi cattivo rapporto qualità/prezzo

La spa non aveva piscine grandi, la stanza che ci hanno assegnato era distante dal corpo centrale e questo ha reso la vacanza più scomoda.
