Super beliggenhet, veldig enkelt å ta en trikk til sentrum.

Helsinkis beste pasta i bygget, anbefales!

Cons:

Vi måtte spørre om rengjøring av gulvet. Hyggelig betjening ordnet opp fortløpende.

暮らすように泊まるという目的にはぴったりでした！
Pros:

立地がとても良かったです。トラムやスーパーも近くて、大聖堂にも歩いていける距離でした。
また、部屋に洗濯機があったので2日おきに洗濯できました。

Cons:

ティッシュが無かったです。またタオル交換のタイミングがわからず、一度フロアに置いたタオルを再度使わざるを得なかったことがありました。

Pros:

Great hotel. The studio was ideal. Perfect if you wanted to stay in or explore.

Due to the in room washing machine you can travel light and not have to worry.

Communications from and with the hotel were perfect. They let uou know all that you need to and more.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location!
Pros:

Location and price were excellent,loved that we had our own washing machine. We walked everywhere, easy walk to city and Port areas, plus grocery store and restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well equipped, building facilities were very good.

Cons:

Main bedroom only had a double bed, no toaster in the room (but there was one in the communal kitchen so we used that). Blinds could have been blocked out in bunk room.

Great stay with a lot of privacy
Pros:

Very nice concept, I liked the privacy. Everything was perfect, the location is great if coming from the Viking Lines terminal, and the view from the terrace is exceptional. I used the sauna and that was great too.

Cons:

I liked everything, even though it was a bit above my budget. The bathroom is a little too cramped but it was fine for me.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Man ist schnell zu Fuss am Hafen, am Senatsplatz und Esplanadi etc.

Cons:

Auf der öffentlichen Terrasse mit Grill hielten sich jeden Abend Leute auf, welche die Nachtruhe ab 22:00 Uhr nicht beachtet haben. Am ersten Tag bis 02:15 Party direkt neben unserem Studio und niemand vom Staff im Haus. Ärgerlich. Das zweite Mal bis Mitternacht, okay, da Freitagabend … tolerierbar …

Absolut fantastic, totul atent gandit pentru a asigura confortul oaspeților atat pe termen scurt cat si lung.
Pros:

Curatenia, localizarea, utilitatile si facilitatile, terasa, sauna si spatiile comune, usurinta cu care am facut self-checkin, comunicarea simpla si efecienta cu instructiuni clare si precise. Exemplar.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Zentrumsnähe.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums, eines Hafens und der Tram.

modernes Studio in guter Lage für einen Helsinki-Besuch
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, sehr nah am zentralen Platz von dem die Boote starten, nah am Zentrum. Alles war fußläufig machbar, Straßenbahnhaltestelle um die Ecke. Large Studio war geräumig zu dritt. Hatten über Booking.com gebucht. Beim Self-Checkin (über Tablets am Eingang) hat unser Code unter der Checkin-Möglichkeit bei „Booking“ nicht funktioniert. Hätten direkt bei den Noli-Studios auf den Link tippen müssen. Nach dem Anruf war aber sofort jemand da, der half. Viele Aufenthaltsräume im Erdgeschoss zum Kochen, Spielen, Fernsehschauen… Garage war teuer (26€ pro Nacht), aber praktisch. In der Küchenzeile gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Um die Ecke (2 min) ist ein Supermarkt, der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist.

Cons:

Unser Large Studio war im Erdgeschoss, auf Augenhöhe mit den Autos. Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Geruch im Apartment war etwas muffig.
