It is beautifull relaxed place with a lot of peace and nature arround hotel. They are also getting renovation in August so till September in hotel will be even nicer with new furniture and updated rooms which are now simple and rustic but nice.
Also people inside hotel are realy nice and helpfull.
Stuff helped us with directiones for area museums and Cecilia even organized for us private tour inside Parmigiano Reggiano tour with tasting in local lateria, which is incredibly hard to get when you are traveling in two or as family.

Area arround hotel is nice rustic with park arround from where you can also access city of Albinea within few steps.
Here you can realy get taste of real rustic Italia.
During our visit there was also live music in city, and you can found restaurants for dinner.
From hotel you have close acces to Modena, Reggio Emilia and Parma citys, where you have great museums of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Pagani for car intusiasts and I also realy recomend food museums gor gurmans🙂
Sicuramente lo stabile immerso nel verde è molto confortevole all' occhio.
La colazione abbondante e servita oltre l'orario stabilito .

Staff molto gentile
Molto rumore, nonostante il luogo sia distante dal traffico. Le pareti troppo sottili perciò si sente la voce degli ospiti vicini (nel cuore della notte). Rumore e voci in corridoio da parte dello staff per le pulizie al mattino. E purtroppo ( immagino come unico episodio, che però sfortunatamente è capitato durante il nostro breve soggiorno) la rimozione di un albero abbattuto, che ha previsto l' utilizzo di motosega dalle 8.00 alle 10.00 il sabato mattina, proprio davanti alla nostra finestra. Forse poteva essere programmato in un orario diverso.
Consiglio inoltre un refill di sapone per il bagno che era da centellinare tra lavandino e doccia (in piena estate).

arredamento vecchio e soprattutto usurato e rovinato. mancanza di cura nelle finiture: raccordo piastrelle, vano frigobar senza frigobar (e questo ci sta) ma con buco sgarbato spoglio e rovinato. assi del letto con vistosa macchia rossa. pareti con estremo bisogno tinteggiatura. doccia con tenda e senza piatto doccia
pernottamento nel mezzo del verde ideale per una pausa di riposo di passaggio durante un viaggio di lavoro
ci tornerò sicuramente e consiglio per chi vuole un posto tranquillo
