It was a bed to sleep in.. but that wasn’t worth the money
Pros:

The location for pub and bus stops

Cons:

The second we opened the door it just STUNK of almost like cat pee. The bed sheets and doona stank as well a stale disgusting smell. The windows didn’t lock at all.
The shower door was broken and shower was COVERED in mold (there is no exhaust fan and windows don’t stay open to let steam out)

surprise change leads to an improved situation

Was a good general property, quiet, clean comfortable and cheap

Cons:

Was moved from the property to another (Aspire Newcastle) it was on the conformation text but I automatically went to the property i knew I’d booked and the code would not work, until I rang for help, then checked and realised it was another location a short distance away. In all honesty it was less central to my needs, but i am probably happier with the alternative location it was quiet, clean and suited my needs equally if not better

Overall decent value for the money.
Pros:

The bed was comfy, the shower was good and I liked the easy check in. The room was clean. It was also close to the shops and a pub next door.

Cons:

Not a lot of parking, I had to park on the street and it was pretty noisy. The smoke from people smoking out back came into the rooms, which didn’t bother me but it could bother others.

Basic but I only wanted the room to sleep in after a concert so served it's purpose, Thanks.

Place was very basic shower door was broken
Otherwise good for what it was
The code for the door entry could be a bit more basic bit hard to navigate after a few frothies lol.
