Rundown and impersonal; staff looks and acts angrily; aimed at creating a first ‘impression’; but badly maintained; damp and dusty; no soul; the name is flat-out misleading; not close to the airport with the same name; but on hour driving away from it…. Bad for a stop-over night at that airport

Super staff. Comforfy room and great location.
Pros:

Excellent experience upon checking in. Alan Tang was exceptional with his professionalism and warm welcome . He offered ealru check in with our long distance international travelling and the room is super. Very impressed with his kindness and professionalism.

Dean was also very helpful when dealing with room key enquiries.

Hotel staff overall very helpful and kind. Clean and love warm room . Breakfast hall staff very attentative.

Great location too.

Shower water can be hotter and more volume
