Kindly be informed that Surabaya City Council will hold a street carnaval along Tunjungan Street which is dubbed as “Karnaval Nang Tunjungan.” The event is held on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 2pm to 9pm. The event is open for public, you are welcome to join the event.
In conjunction with the event, Tunjungan Street will be temporarily closed for vehicle access from 00.01 am until 11.59pm on 30 October 2022.
Hotel guests will still be able to travel in and out through Jalan Gemblongan (coming to hotel) and from Jalan Tunjungan turns to Jalan Genteng Kali (for going out of hotel). Do expect heavier traffic along the way and please make ample time to travel during this event. Should you need any assistance, our security team is happy to help you on your way to or from the hotel.

The Staff excellent, location also. I enjoy my stay.
We booked one night here specifically to get a good night's sleep before a very early departure, but we ended up sleeping for only about an hour. Even though we were on one of the high floors, we could clearly hear the loud red traffic light signal all night. Then, just after 4:00 AM, the nearby mosque started the morning prayer so loudly that it woke us right up. The rooms are clearly not soundproofed. We wouldn't recommend staying here if you value your sleep.
While the room was clean, the shower head wasn't. There was black mould on it.
Hotel location so strategic. View from room very incredible. And best of the best is breakfast. Many variation menu. Local and international too. So tasteful, me and my child are very satisfied. Then for Dila and Yugo thank you for your service, so kind and helpful 🙏🏻

Gym opens for 24 hours. Good location. I was lucky, there was a dance performance and traditional music instruments played at the lobby.
Have gluten free bread, good but limited diabetes friendly options because most foods have added sugar.
Light at the mirror of shower room was blinking. I shared my feedback my replying the text message but no response taken.
So far this is was good experience
