Pros:

It's clean. It's spacious. It's bright. It's a good place for a family. It wasn't my first choice for the more central Ueno was already taken, but I'm good with this too. Quite central w/ easy enough access to the Ginza and Yamanote lines.

Cons:

Myb a bit of a decor just to warm the place just a little bit. A bit too bland but I'm digging deep here. Myb the carpeting is looking a tiny bit shabby. Myb offering some scented bubble bath salts on request?

Great location, great staff and overall amazing experience
Pros:

The staff! They were all amazing and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. My son forgot his backpack in an Uber on our way to Kyoto so I emailed the hotel and the staff went beyond by calling Uber then then the police station to locate it and assist us with getting it back. Amazing! Thank you very much!
