這個地點真的非常棒！飯店又乾淨，工作人員也很棒，會替顧客設想，以後來都要住這裡！
Pros:

地點非常優越，附近有四個車站，去機場也方便，推行李走路不遠，就在阿美橫町附近，買完還可以回飯放東西。前台的工作人員都非常nice,每一位都很熱心，而且飯店也很乾淨，下次來一定會再住。極力推薦！

I recommend if you are 6-8 ppl and first time in Tokyo like us.
Pros:

There were 6 of us staying two bedrooms and big kitchen area. Was lovely for the fact we could spend time together in same space unlike usual hotels. My kids loved bunk beds. Reception ladies were so helpful and friendly. Special thank you to the Korean staff as it was easy for me to communicate as I’m Korean. But the other staffs were all amazing. 👍👍

Use the sending luggage to the next hotel if u move to different city like us. We went to Hakone for one night and went to Osaka so we used Yamato sending our luggages from Tokyo to Osaka and travel light to Hakone. Was well worth it.

Cons:

My boy drop the rice on the carpet and when I pick up, there were hairs. It was our first night and we didn’t have time to drop those hairs. The carpet needs to be hoovered better.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here during our family trip to Tokyo. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Ueno and get around Tokyo.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and I would especially like to thank Nanami at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and kind when I contacted the hotel about my forgotten belongings. She took the time to check everything carefully and went out of her way to assist me. I truly appreciated her kindness and support.

Thank you, Nanami, and the whole team for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!

Definitely recommend for families!
Pros:

Great location, staff very welcoming and helpful. Perfect for our family of 5. The main bedroom had a door that closed so we had separate sleeping spaces for us and our kids.

Great family hotel for Tokyo sightseeing
Pros:

The hotel was great for our large family. It’s clean, bright, and well laid out. The location was fantastic since there’s a lot going on in Ueno, and both subway and JR line stations are nearby. Having a washer and dryer in the common area was a huge help, especially traveling during the summer. What really stood out to me were the friendly reception staff and their personal recommendations for local restaurants and dessert spots, which were easily saved to Google Maps via a QR code.

Cons:

This was the final stop on our trip, so we might have been a bit spoiled by previous stays, but we missed having complimentary coffee and cold drink dispensers in the lobby. Both come in handy, especially on hot summer days.

Exceptional stay! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

The staff were truly exceptional! Really catered to our kiddos with their bingo stamp game and helped guide us with things to do! Their recommendations were spot on! Our kids (6 & 9) were so excited! They were so friendly and so genuine! The on site laundry was easy to use and allowed us to pack just two carry ons for a family of four for 12 days! Very close to subway stations and things to do! Very convenient!
