Peaceful with a lovely view. Friendly staff. Nice and clean and comfortable beds.
There was a slight smell of tobacco smoke
Quiet location next to golf course. More than ample car parking. Room facilities same as most reasonable hotels. Only stayed one night and didn't use the restaurant except for breakfast in the morning which was ok.
No air-conditioning or fans during the hottest summer on record. Exterior of cabins need to be repainted/stained but not a biggie.
Great value, peaceful. Staff were really chill. Cabin was v clean and bed comfy.
Couldn't get BBC on tv. Wanted to watch athletics

The building was quite run down, outside hasn't been swept up , and that could make you feel it was looked after, the wood
needs staining again. The room had poor lighting, its just time for a refresh

The view from the chalet was very nice and it was peaceful.
The reception lady Julie was pleasant and helpful as were the bar staff.
The chalets were not true to the pictures there were no flower tubs at all. . The chairs and table on the terrace were old and needed replacing.
There were leaves all over the terrace which carried into the room.
There were no independent shower gel etc just fixed units. The sink one was hard to depress and at 6 am the next day we found the showers one was empty!!!
The room had very dim lighting so it was impossible to read a book.
The food we ordered was burnt and one meal was in edible and was sent back but the replacement a different choice was the same. This meant we eat our meal separately looking at each other eating.
A glass of wine and a soft drink was all the compensation offered for a ruined evening.

Meal at night and Breakfast were excellent very tasty and good value.

Think the accommodation could do with a bit of attention . The little things make a big difference . They are a bit tired looking need a bit of love .
TV signal could do with improving was unable to watch or get internet in the room, which was disappointing.it was a very hot day so this could have effected it . Would have liked a bit of fruit for breakfast.
Room - Excellent, comfy, spacious, large bathroom with powerful shower
Bar/restaurant - Great selection of food and drink. Very reasonably priced. Food was excellent came out hot, fresh and was great tasting.
Location - Perfect location and great view over the golf course from the accomodation.
Nothing could have been better - this is better and more reasonably priced than some budget hotels
