Enjoyable .
Pros:

Location was great for what we needed . Great to look out on to the course.
Meal at night and Breakfast were excellent very tasty and good value.
Staff very attentive and helpful . Reception gave added information.
All Staff very helpful and went the extra mile.

Cons:

Think the accommodation could do with a bit of attention . The little things make a big difference . They are a bit tired looking need a bit of love .
TV signal could do with improving was unable to watch or get internet in the room, which was disappointing.it was a very hot day so this could have effected it . Would have liked a bit of fruit for breakfast.

From the lady at reception to the gentleman running the bar/restaurant everything was great.
Pros:

Room - Excellent, comfy, spacious, large bathroom with powerful shower
Bar/restaurant - Great selection of food and drink. Very reasonably priced. Food was excellent came out hot, fresh and was great tasting.
Location - Perfect location and great view over the golf course from the accomodation.

Cons:

Nothing could have been better - this is better and more reasonably priced than some budget hotels

Pros:

Breakfast was good value, but black pudding and mushrooms were overcooked. Quiet location with good parking. Comfortable stay.

Cons:

Heated towel rail in bathroom couldn't be turned off.

Staff were great, location was good, facilities on site were very good.

Cons:

Room, in particular bathroom could do with a deep clean and refresh of decor. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Food was average.

Slept well but facilities dated and poor
Pros:

The staff were amazing, especially the night porter who found me an iron and an ironing board when I got there, as there were none in my room.
The staff at the conference centre were very good - a good night's sleep, a spacious bed.

Cons:

The facilities where poor - when i got there late in the evening the weather was not very good, and the lighting to the cabins was very poor, very dated decor and the cleanliness was poor, no wifi in the cabins, considering you are asking people to stay for conferences i would have thought in this day and age wifi was a must, i had to go outside the cabin to make a phone call even the EE wifi on the phone was hard to get a signal, but all in all in this day and age you get what you pay for I suppose. The shower had only 2 temperature settings: hot and super hot. I could not turn the shower to a cooler setting. Maybe it was my fault, but if there was a way, it should have been explained, or at least a notice telling you how to use it.

Disappointing due to the lack of internet and phone access, which is not expected in this age.
Pros:

Clean and tidy unit. Very quiet. Good location; close to or relatives.

Cons:

No internet access, which is a deal breaker for travellers.
Phone signal is weak.

Cosy cabin on the green
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant.
The cabin was warm and inviting, which was nice to begin with as it was getting dark and it had been raining and was a bit cold.
Bathroom was spacious and clean.
Bed was massive and very comfy. Free tea and coffee in the room also.
Breakfast was extra, but generally nice.

Cons:

Could have done with a little more light and sign posts to show the way to the cabins.
Shower head could use a descale, water was going every which way but towards you.
Only downfall for breakfast was the cheap tomato sauce.
