Not good enough and didn’t meet our expectations by a long way.
Pros:

The view from the chalet was very nice and it was peaceful.
The reception lady Julie was pleasant and helpful as were the bar staff.

Cons:

The chalets were not true to the pictures there were no flower tubs at all. . The chairs and table on the terrace were old and needed replacing.
There were leaves all over the terrace which carried into the room.
There were no independent shower gel etc just fixed units. The sink one was hard to depress and at 6 am the next day we found the showers one was empty!!!
The room had very dim lighting so it was impossible to read a book.
The food we ordered was burnt and one meal was in edible and was sent back but the replacement a different choice was the same. This meant we eat our meal separately looking at each other eating.
A glass of wine and a soft drink was all the compensation offered for a ruined evening.

Would not go back on a working Bussiness trip

Quiet, everything was easy. Staff very pleasant.

Cons:

Do not think there was WiFi.

Would have preferred a little fridge in room.

Some option for breakfast at 6.30am would have suited me but .....

Pros:

Location was great for what we needed . Great to look out on to the course.
Meal at night and Breakfast were excellent very tasty and good value.
Staff very attentive and helpful . Reception gave added information.
All Staff very helpful and went the extra mile.

Cons:

Think the accommodation could do with a bit of attention . The little things make a big difference . They are a bit tired looking need a bit of love .
TV signal could do with improving was unable to watch or get internet in the room, which was disappointing.it was a very hot day so this could have effected it . Would have liked a bit of fruit for breakfast.

From the lady at reception to the gentleman running the bar/restaurant everything was great.
Pros:

Room - Excellent, comfy, spacious, large bathroom with powerful shower
Bar/restaurant - Great selection of food and drink. Very reasonably priced. Food was excellent came out hot, fresh and was great tasting.
Location - Perfect location and great view over the golf course from the accomodation.

Cons:

Nothing could have been better - this is better and more reasonably priced than some budget hotels

Cons:

Room, in particular bathroom could do with a deep clean and refresh of decor. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Food was average.
