Pros:

Struttura stupenda! Lo staff è professionale e accogliente: un grazie in particolare alla food and beverage manager, una giovane donna molto competente, attenta alle esigenze del cliente e (tra l’altro) molto simpatica. La camera era pulitissima. Colazione top, ricca di prodotti del territorio, di qualità (dalle marmellate al burro, tutto squisito). Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Wat een geweldig verblijf. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Het is heel luxe en je wordt echt in de watten gelegd. Een prachtig, schoon hotel. Een bijzonder mooie kamer, het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Locatie is prima. Met een paar minuten lopen ben je in het centrum. Dit verblijf is een echte aanrader. Je komt echt tot rust, zeker bij het prachtige zwembad, in de spa of in het heerlijke bed.

Location was great - easy to reach from the bus/train station and easy to reach the rest of the city from the hotel. Our room was amazing, modern, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with some thoughtful surprises and a spa kit. We enjoyed the wellness and pool area a lot.
Breakfast was hearty and delicious, we especially liked the local products!

Stylish hotel in good location
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a good, quiet location in Bolzano. Rooms were enormous. Beds incredibly comfortable. Beautiful spa area, lovely pool. Approachable and friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of local produce included. Secure parking area (although you have to pay extra for this which is surprising given the hotel cost). Beautiful building, very thoughtfully restored. Well stocked free mini bar and some local gifts in room which were appreciated.

Cons:

A few small touches weren't quite as good as I would have expected - e.g. they offer a pillow menu, but the pillows we requested weren't available the first night. The kettle in our room didn't work - we requested a replacement so we could make a cup of tea but they just sent up a pot of hot water (so I couldn't make a second cup of tea in the morning) and not offered fresh milk for tea/coffee in room. Not given twin beds for our teenage children (they had to share a double, although it was a very large bed to be fair) although was sure this had been selected when booking, and staff seemed surprised that we were asking for this. Steam bath did not seem to be working properly in the spa when we visited. All very small things but for the price I would have expected the hotel to be completely on top of these finer details. Also - shower/bath area in bedroom is just behind glass with no privacy - I never understand why hotels do this!!!

Charming and quiet luxe.
Pros:

Very beautiful and luxurious- and well designed they had thought of everything. The room was modern and spacious and very comfortable- which is not guaranteed in an older castle. The garden terrace and pool were lovely for breakfast and aperitivo. Buffet breakfast was delicious.
