Wir sind als Familie im Castel Hörtenberg gewesen und sind überwältigt von dem überaus gehobenen und sehr freundlichen Service, der uns entgegengebracht wurde.
Hervorragendes Restaurant und eine Zimmerausstattung, die absolut luxuriös ist und keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Des weiteren gibt es einen tollen Außenbereich mit Pool, der zum verweilen einlädt.
Der Spa Bereich ist modern und beherbergt 3 Saunen.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder 😊

Exceptional service in a beautiful castle
Pros:

Exceptional. The building is an old castle which has been renovated with care. Customer service was excellent. We were treated as special from the moment we were greeted at reception right through until checkout. Never experienced such a high level of care & consideration before. Given a tour of the hotel, the restaurants & the spa on arrival. Swam in the beautiful outdoor pool as a rain storm was ending & a sunbed was made ready for me as I stepped out. We decided to book the subterranean restaurant Les Secrets for dinner & choose the taster menu - it was like theatre & every course was both exquisite & delicious. Our room was beautiful, generous, cool from air con & had lovely bedding & a spacious bathroom. The mini bar was gratis & there were local delicacies gifted to us as well. Breakfast was full of variety & local produce was promoted.

Cons:

Having to leave. This is a place that needs a couple of days stay to fully appreciate the luxury on offer.

Kleines Castel mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in bester Lage zur Altstadt, dabei sehr ruhig mit schönem Garten, Pool, Sauna, Fitness. Tolles Frühstück! Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Hintergrundmusik auf der Terrasse, aber auch überall im Haus, war uns etwas zu laut, zu dominant. Wir sagten es einmal und sie wurde sofort leiser gemacht, aber wir wollten dann auch nicht jedes Mal etwas sagen. Die anderen Gäste schien es auch nicht zu stören.
