Wellness: in der Sauna hat jeder gemacht was er will , es wurde sich sehr laut unterhalten , sauna Tuch unterlegen hat keiner gemacht

Pool zu nah bei der Terrasse , beim mittag oder abend essen . Liefen die gäste in bade sachen vorbei

Beim Abend essen , viel zu laut auf der Terrasse . Hat leider vom personal her keinen gestört . Wurde so geduldet. Gegenüber anderen Gästen , nicht so toll.

Pros:

A really outstanding breakfast, the best that I have had in any hotel across the world. In particular the range of fresh fruits and pastries.

Amazing Stay
Pros:

Lumicita the guest relations officer is amazing in what she does. Generally the staff were very polite and we felt like at home in Castel Hortenberg. Pool, Garden, Spa were excellent and the interior and ambiance of the hotel is superb. We liked everything the style, the furniture and our room was very spacious. Our son had his birthday and they arranged us a complimentary cake in breakfast. We loved our stay in the Castle! :) Thank you for everything

Cons:

Breakfast should not charge additional money for some food they offer. It sounds cheap to pay 10-20 euro more for an avocado tost or a musli when you pay 500+ euro per night. Also breakfast options are limited, it could be improved. Additionally the taste of food is not exceptional and it doesnt align generally with this amazing hotel.
