Excellent facilities, beautiful room and stunning views. Recommended.
Pros:

Excellent room, beautiful view. Luxurious stay with a touch of elegance. The bathroom was excellent, and the food (room service) was very delicious. The Songbird bar was excellent and staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

Ordered room service and had to call to have it chasd up as it didn't arrive forst time.

Pros:

Beautiful decor, amazing staff. Shout out to Ganesh for the overnight room service!

Cons:

The spa opening hours were disappointing, we wake early and it was a shame to wait until 9am to get to the facilities and equally enjoy it before going out for dinner in the evening. It would have been a huge bonus to have a bit more flexibility here, although it was a gorgeous spa!

A Luxurious Stay with Stunning Views and an Unbeatable Location
Pros:

The location is simply unbeatable! I absolutely loved the bathroom and dedicated makeup area, which added a lovely touch of luxury to my stay. The view from my room was absolutely stunning and well worth paying extra for. Despite a few minor areas that could be improved, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It was such a memorable getaway, and I can already see this becoming an annual tradition. I’m looking forward to returning!

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner, especially considering the price paid. The cabinet had visible splash marks that appeared not to have been wiped down properly. The iron provided was also dirty, and when I used the steam function, it released some residue. These are disappointing details for a hotel of this standard.

Stayed with family to celebrate my 60th had a fantastic time
Pros:

There is nothing I didn’t like room was fantastic view over river suburb all staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We used valet parking and our car was slightly damaged. However staff pointed it out to us and the Ritz will be sorting it out
