Amazing stay for 3 nights
Pros:

Friendly staff and helpful when needed, room was clean and freshly topped up with water for consumption daily. The view of the river from my room was amazing

The location was great

Cons:

For the amount you pay for the room you don’t get to spend 24hours in the accommodation. Water was not hot. No mini bar. 1 small container of milk for 5 coffee pods.

They was only one lift operating and took 15-20min to wait for the lift and when it did finally arrive it was full with other guests and had to squeeze in

Amazing.
Pros:

I loved every second of it the staff make you feel like a VIP and that no matter is too big or too small to do. It was my fiancés birthdays celebration, the team kindly bought a bottle up to celebrate.

Cons:

The breakfast staff making coffees weren’t as giving as the hotel staff i must say. I asked for a cappuccino and she brushed me off and said she would find my table…. Bearing in mind the breakfast room is big and busy. Waited a while before i had to ask someone else
