Frühstück war typisch Amerikanisch , aber gute Auswahl und alles was man so benötig war da, Personal war sehr nett was leer war wurde aufgefüllt.
Pool war sehr Sandig und man hat keine Möglichkeiten nach dem Strand sich abzuduschen, keine Schattenmöglichkeiten am Pool.

On the beach. Didn't care to pay for parking. No AC in the hallways, but lobby and rooms had AC.

The parking down the road, having to carry bags down the street, the $100 extra deposit you have to pay @ check in that takes 7-10 days for refund. The fact that when I got out of shower, peeled the cover back only to find pubic hairs on the mattress!! Absolutely disgusting!' Had to change rooms @ 11 pm. Nothing else offered to make this right. Just we moved your room.
Breakfast was minimally edible and the eggs were awful. Everyone was throwing them away. Very little to choose from.
The survey is not working. it will not allow me to rate the staff. Todd(black male) that checked us in was absolutely nonchalant. He never smiled and had no positive input. He was completely disconnected and could care less about how he responded. He could not answer any questions about the location except to state that this location is limited access.
Belle vue sur le pier, à 10min a pied du pier, piscine petite mais très agréable avec vue sur la mer.
It was pretty and good location.
I didn’t like how the hott water took forever. The lobby area was packed and no where to sit for breakfast.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable. I liked the room.
The fourth floor had wet linens piled up on the floor. The ice machine was not working. The sheets were sandy. The half & half was spoiled the first day. There was not any shampoo, conditioner soap samples. I made the mistake of changing my room to the opposite side and overlooked a restaurant parking lot with smells of tacos. I was told I would have a beachfront view but, my room was a side view not a front view. I couldn’t find access to the pool. I had to pay an extra $30 to park in a parking garage off site. There was not a luggage trolley.
