La ubicación está excelente, los cuartos muy limpios y amplios
El elevador no funcionó durante 4 días, nos tocó subir todo hasta último piso, fue algo muy cansado bajar y subir escaleras diario, la alberca no es tan grande como en las fotos parece, y el estacionamiento del hotel está en otro edificio a un lado pero se llena muy rápido

The elevator was out of order and the parking we had to pay for $15 a day.

Staff is rude and disrespectful, the fact that they didn’t mention a parking fee until I drove 15 hours to this hotel. Broken elevators and no discount for even one night. With what this room cost me parking should be included.

One of the beds in our room was broke and sunk down in the middle.
The Location WAS GOOD and the beautiful Danny (lady) that was over breakfast the first morning of our stay WAS PHENOMENAL.
One elevator was broke when we checked in in a Wednesday and by Friday at their busiest time the other elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage if 3 people down from the 5th floor, I understand these things happen but the other elevator should have been fixed (this is a busy season ) first day breakfast was great , rest if the time there was very little to choose and not being replenished as told….. the hallway and elevator A/C was out the whole stay with the temp being 87-88 degrees, management needs to do better and for what they charged and what they offered on their site is not what happened, my daughter has Cerebral PALSY IN HER LEGS and not having either elevator working at all times was a huge problem. The shower had mildew in it around the bottom. Will not stay there again I am requesting a refund. Was not as described AT ALL!!!!

Good breakfast
In the room we stayed in—on the second floor, right next to the elevator—it was incredibly stuffy. The AC was running like crazy, so we constantly had to turn it on and off all night long. It was completely impossible to sleep on the bed closer to the AC because it blew air way too hard. The ventilation was terrible, making the room feel suffocating with zero fresh air. On top of that, it was really frustrating that we had to pay extra for parking.
Location. Great room accommodations. Breakfast was substantial.

The shower
Booked an ocean front room but got a partial ocean view. Told since it was booked thru booking.com they couldn't do anything about it. Only one elevator. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes every time going to our room on 6th floor. Keurig in room broke. Outlets didn't work and USB outlets were not lined up properly so they didn't work. Charge $15 to park in parking garage. If you go to the restaurant next door, which is owned by the same person, you use the garage free. But to stay at his hotel you have to pay. This hotel is not worth the price.
