Fabulous
Pros:

Hotel very clean, bed super comfy and the staff were all lovely. Especially the ladies that worked in the kitchen at breakfast time - just don’t mention hotcakes! 🤣

Top notch customer service.
Pros:

I recently had a colleague and myself reserve rooms at the Holiday Inn Express at 301 Clay St and the staff was fantastic!
I had an emergency we had to check out and leave immediately and ended up leaving my vehicle. The manager and staff were very compassionate and accommodating throughout the whole process. It is getting hard to find this type of service and professionalism today and the staff is a prime example of what top notch customer service is.
Thank you to the staff for your understanding during the challenging experience I had.
I would highly recommend staying with them on your next stay in the Nashville area.

A great go to for Nashville business travel
Pros:

easy to get to, and not totally in the Broadway mix which made it not only affordable but a restful stay. Clean rooms. Amazing staff. I found the bed a bit hard but that could've just been me.

Exactly what we were looking for
Pros:

Super staff at the desk and the breakfast. The room was clean. Cookies at the desk were a nice touch.
Ubering to downtown was covered by the hotel (not back) which was very nice.

Lose the pancake maker at breakfast -- get the waffle makers everyone loves. Please.

I enjoyed it overall, Queen beds were comfortable, place was clean upon arrival, but the pool was too cold and pull out
Pros:

Good location, nice rooms, big bathroom and shower.

Cons:

The pull out couch was uncomfortable and we had to put the mattress on the floor to not feel a bat in the bed. Second thing I didn’t like was that the pool was cold and had debris in it, like it wasn’t looked after. It’s a pretty poolb but unable. A heated pool would be better

This room was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Nashville for a concert.
Pros:

Location was perfect and beds were super comfortable. The layout of the room and the furniture in it was REALLY good, none of those awful flimsy luggage racks. Lighting was good. It was quiet and the temperature was GREAT.

Cons:

We did not eat the breakfast because there are no gluten free options so "free breakfast" doesn't really count for us. That makes the value and convenience a little less. Also, I wanted a room with one king bed but they did not have any I guess because I got two queens instead.
