Décevant, l’endroit est beaucoup plus désuet que sur les photos.
Pros:

Le personnel était aidant et l’emplacement était bien.

Cons:

La salle de bain était terrible: il y avait une prise de courant dans la douche, plein de moisissure, l’évier a débordé par le dessous quand nous avons voulu laver quelque chose parce qu’il n’était pas étanche au sol, le lit était très dur et il n’y avait même pas d’endroit pour faire sécher nos serviettes de douche.

Lovely stay, great hospitality.
Pros:

Comfy beds, staff was great, all friendly and helpful, location is walkable to most necessary sites, cafe and food were good (though room service didn’t have what I originally wanted to order).

The hospitality and friendliness of the reception and dining room staff were a real highlight.

I requested that our laundry be done, and despite calling several times and being assured that it would be collected, it unfortunately never was.

Would not recommend for work trip
Pros:

When problems came up, if you suggest a practical solution, the staff are willing to work on it / be accommodating.
Also got a free upgrade and late check out which was kind of them.
Provided an ironing board for the whole stay which was helpful as a make shift desk for online meetings.

Cons:

Wifi was unreliable so if your work is reliant on it, rethink your choice.

Had to change rooms mid stay after facing issues with a leaking sink, dead lock battery, and poor wifi in the first room - all these problems emerged within 1-2 days of the stay.

Second room’s geyser didn’t work unless you left it on for 4 hrs, it had sticky floors, smoke smells, stained sheets, 1/3rd of the toilet seat was under the sink, and the smart TV didn’t work but I got tired of constantly bringing up issues so did not try to resolve these as I was there for work and didn’t have time to follow up with them constantly. Maybe some of the problems would’ve been sorted out if I had brought them up.

Breakfast was pretty minimal - the spread is not as big as it appears in photos. Opted out of it a few days into my stay. Also more than half the room service menu is not available but they allow you to bring outside food in. Better to do that or just ask what’s available rather than picking from the menu.

Had to reactivate room key every single time even if I only left the room for 5 mins to go to the reception.

Outdated and too small room

I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past. I was expecting some upgrades but it let me down.
The room was too small for 3 people. The bathroom fittings are outdated and need immediate replacement. The room is not value for money. All the facilities are minimal.
