Pros:

La gentileza del personal, muy atento. Habitación super cómoda. Nos ayudaron en guardar las maletas posterior al check-out ya que viajabamos en la noche ese mismo día.

Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi príjemné. Personál na recepcii bol veľmi ochotný. Raňajky boli formou švédskych stolov, kvalitné a rozmanité. Výber formou teplého bufetu bol skvelý a aj veľa druhov čerstvého pečiva a koláčikov.

Pratique mais loin d'être idéal
Pros:

La proximité avec la station de métro Saldanha qui rend la visite de Lisbonne très facile
La propreté générale
La disponibilité d'un parking privé (14€ / nuit)
La disponibilité du personnel à l'accueil

Cons:

Le bruit très fort de la caserne de pompier pour les chambres situés de ce coté. Même au 7e étage il est impossible de ne pas se réveiller. Le bruit du métro de temps en temps
Une petite bouteille d'eau est fournie le jour d'arrivée mais n'est pas renouvelée si on reste plusieurs nuits consécutives
Le manque d'une petite table pour poser un ordinateur par exemple, sachant qu'il y a beaucoup d'espace libre dans la pièce attenante à la salle de bain.

A great find and would use again.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptionally good. The location was reasonably quiet for a capital city. Bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and clean. Staff were very helpful with directions, arranging taxis and photocopying a document for me.

Cons:

The lift doors closed too quickly, if more than one person tried to get in they got hit by the doors. One small disappointment was the free welcome drink was very limited.
