Pros:

Η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική, το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Η καθαριότητα αρκετά καλή, πετσέτες αλλάζουν κάθε μέρα και τα αναλώσιμα επώνυμα. Δεν άξιζε την τιμή που πλήρωσα για εκτός σεζόν που πήγα...

Cons:

1. Προσπάθησαν να μου χρεώσουν την κάρτα 300$ χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν οτι δήθεν η καθαρίστρια βρήκε ούρα στη μοκέτα. Εμείς ούτε σκύλο είχαμε, ούτε ζώα είμαστε. Την επόμενη ημέρα απολογήθηκαν οτι έκαναν λάθος στο δωμάτιο. Θα μπορούσε να περάσει η χρέωση αλλά είχα βάλει ασφάλεια στην κάρτα και δεν τα κατάφεραν. Τραγικοί.
2. Το δωμάτιο είναι σαν περίπτερο, μπαίνεις με την μούρη, βγαίνεις με την όπισθεν, πιο μικρό πεθαίνεις. Τα πόδια μου κρέμονταν απο κάτω απο το κρεβάτι.
Προς τιμήν τους μας πίστωσαν 100$ για την ταλαιπωρία με την καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Δεν ξαναπήγαινα με τίποτα

Tolle Lage für NY Trip
Pros:

Location ist wirklich perfekt und es ist auch relativ ruhig wenn man bedenkt dass man mitten in New York ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung hat nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage einmal in den drei Tagen funktioniert. Zimmer sind sehr klein was aber generell an New York liegt. Für den Preis wäre eine gratis Flasche Wasser pro Tag sicher drin gelegen. Wir mussten alles bezahlen obwohl auf dem TV der Name steht und man als Hilton Member angeschrieben wird. Das Wasser ist scheinbar nur für Member gratis. Alles etwas verwirrend. Der Kaffee wurde erst nach Anrufen und Nachfragen an der Reception aufgefüllt. Ebenso das Reinigen des Zimmers. Da haben Preis Leistung nicht gepasst, auch wenn das Personal überaus freundlich ist.

Best hotel I could find in NY!
Pros:

Great location, 10 minute walk from Times Square, view of the Empire State Building from our room, Brooklyn bride about 15 mins away via the tube. The staff were always super friendly, rooms clean & they decorated for my husbands birthday with balloons.

Cons:

Wasn’t really anything I disliked!

Perfecte locatie voor een stedentrip.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, 5 min. lopen naar Penn Station en 10-15 min. lopen naar Times Square.
Schone kamer, voorzien van alle gemakken.
Als welkomstcadeau kreeg iedereen een chocolate chip cookie.

Cons:

Bed was wat kort, maar volgens mij is dat een standaard voor Amerika.
De housekeeping kwam soms later op de dag pas schoonmaken (na 16.00 uur), maar dit hebben wij zelf niet als storend ervaren.

Overall a good stay, not horrible and will take for the price.
Pros:

Easy access to Times Square and was pretty central to all the attractions I wanted to see. Felt like I could easily go up and downtown

Cons:

There was a roach that fell from the ceiling. Also, when we first checked in looked like a small piece of a roach was by the sink. Not sure if it fell during cleaning but was kind of gross to see.

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Good location, very helpful staff, good breakfast options, very clean and comfortable room. Great rooftop bar with a wonderful view of the NY skyline!

Cons:

Our room was on 3rd floor facing the street and the noise was unbearable. We had to ask to switch the rooms and the staff was very accommodating and immediately offered a new room away from the street noise
