Great location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out were effortless and I was able to checkout incredibly early due to my flight time which was very pleasant. Room was clean, cleaned every day and all towels + soaps etc were timely replaced.
Gym was very lackluster, weights were sparse and quite light. The gym was small, only had 1 bench, no space for jump rope, limited cardio machines. Pictures are not representative of how the gym is actually set up.

The location was great, the rooms were more spacious than I was expecting, although still quite cosy and not loads of room for luggage and storage of items while there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a bonus - getting a drink with city views was fun. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once (because we thought it a bit pricey) but it was good and if money wasn't an issue, I'd easily have taken breakfast there every day.
We informed the hotel that the bedside light on one side of the room wasn't working when we first arrived, and despite many visitations from the engineer, then eventually being told a whole new unit would need to be ordered for the room, but that it had been ordered and would be fitted as soon as it arrived, hopefully tomorrow, it never was fitted, so I couldn't read my book at bedtime for the entire time, which was slightly annoying. They did give us a free breakfast half way through the week which sort of compensated.
We loved the location of hotel to all the activities we enjoyed for three days. The train and subway were close.
Would like to have lower price per day that we stayed. Maybe a senior discount for those that have a fixed income.
