Staff was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Was perfect location for us to get to MSG! Would stay again!
It is definitely loud. But when you are right in the city, it makes sense. We were right next to the road. I think I would've preferred a room away from the road!

Un peu vieux (salle à manger, ascenseur…) et des sans abris sur la terrasse devant.
Emplacement idéal (je pense qu’il est difficile de trouver mieux), chambre très propre, jolie et bien équipée, avec une belle vue sur New York! Lit très confortable
Dommage qu’aucun produit du mini bar ne soit gratuit :)

Erg duur, erg basic ontbijt en kamers verouderd of matig onderhouden. Was ook niet echt schoon (stof).
The location is very central to all the sites tk see in new york.
There were a lot of unwanted people outside the hotel in the evening.
Also there was a sudden fire alarm early in the morning and the hotel staff was not very helpful in providing guidance to the guests.

I completed my stay and checked out, and I have already received my final receipt. However, as of August 26, 2026, I have still not received the refund of the USD 350 deposit to my bank account.
Could you please check the status of this refund and confirm when the amount was released and when I should expect it to be credited to my account?
If the refund has already been processed, please provide me with the transaction/reference number or any proof of the refund so that I can check with my bank.
