Great stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Amazing welcome. They let us check in early which really gave us a whole extra day in the city, was so much appreciated! Lovely room, great view, great staff. Would stay again!

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from the street below

Pros:

Location is perfect. Metro is near, times square also. Lot of shops and places for eat just on the another side of the street.

Rooms exceptionally clean, all staff that we met from housekeepers to reception staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Bed comfy and good shower

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

The hotel met my expectations for the price.
Pros:

The cookie at check-in was perfect. The rooftop bar had an amazing view!

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. It was confusing how to get from the room elevators to the rooftop bar.

Cons:

Whole experience was quite unpleasant - the "lounge" area at the bar on the ground floor was actually very low level, with basic offer. The reception area and elevators had some strange odor all the time during our stay.

The room was very small, with tiny wardrobe - we have stayed there wer 5 nights - and it is not possible to put clothes for 5 days / 2 persons in it...

Sound isolation of the room was very bad, we could here every step someone take on our floor, every whisper...

Because of the location and cleanliness, Imwould stay at this property again. It was close to the subway station at Haro

Since we traveled to NYC by Amtrak train, the location near Penn Station was perfect. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean.

A nice, comfortable stay for us.
Pros:

The location was very, very good. Close to subway and buses. Walking distance to Times Square. The room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned nicely everyday. Helpful staff. The size of the room was enough for 2 people with a large enough cupboard. We had 2 big 2 small luggage and had no problems. Also, we left our luggage to the storage after checking out and that was a huge help on our last day in NYC.

Cons:

No problems. Sometimes there was a little bit of noise, but I think it was acceptable considering the central location.

Zentrales Stadt-Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach genial! Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, sind diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Auch ist die Roof Top Bar sensationell.

Cons:

Wie in den USA üblich die Zimmergröße. Mit zwei großen Rollkoffern (wir sind von New York zu einer Kreuzfahrt aufgebrochen) ist das Zimmer sehr "herausfordernd"
