Le seul point positif est son emplacement et sa piscine/spa

Cons:

Arrivée en voiture, pas possible de décharger ses valises devant l’entrée, obligé de le faire au parking et de monter soit même ses valises à l’hôtel.
Ne parle pas anglais à la réception, hallucinant pour un hôtel 4-5 étoiles.
Chambre non climatisée en plein mois d’août, vraiment trop chaud dans la chambre.
Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants, nous étions donc réveillés tôt par le soleil.
Ménage à désirer: nous avons tué 4 araignées au plafond avant de nous coucher.
Je déconseille cet hôtel.

Great staff, nice hotel and desperately in need of some updates💪
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal! The front desk, the restaurant and wellness teams are all top tier…when I come back, it will be because of them and the amazing job they did💪

Cons:

At Check-In, I wasn’t given an opportunity to drop my baggage off at the reception area. Then, I had to walk a solid 150 meters up stairs with my bags to get to check in. In my room, there was no air conditioning or even a fan, it’s the middle of August…I think a fan is a small ask. Lastly, the handle to my room wasn’t working well…I had to do some mcgyver moves to get in the room each time…I let the front desk know on my first day, but nothing was done to address it. For $200+ per night, I would expect much more…the weekend prior, I stayed at a Crowne Plaza for about the same price with all the amenities I could dream of.

Das ein Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände ist.

Cons:

Wir habe bei Buchung einen Parkplatz mitgebucht, der für PKWs 20,- pro Tag kostet. Da wir allerdings einen Van (Mercedes V Klasse) fahren, der als Kombilimousine in den Papieren geführt wird und nicht länger als eine Mercedes S Klasse ist, pampte uns der Pförtner direkt bei Ankunft an: Das kostet aber 35,-€ pro Tag. Auf deren Preistafel ist allerding ein Kastenwagen zu erkennen, der nochmal größer als unser Van ist. Nach kurzer Diskussionen an der Rezeption, brauchten wir nur die 20,-€ zahlen.

De ligging . Het was erg rustig en zeker in de nacht

Parkeren is duur en omslachtig. 30 euro per dag is een hoop geld om te parkeren

Mooi hotel in gave badplaats maar met weinig thermen
Pros:

Stijl van het hotel. Trok ook vele bekenden aan, in Sovjet tijd de vrouw van Bresnjev en die van Chroetsjve. DDR baas Ulbricht en
beroemde Sovjet maarschalk Zokov.

Cons:

Spabad heeft gewoon leidingwater, zoals veel baden in Karlsbad. Echt zoeken naar bad met thermaal water. Bekendste bij de kasteeltoren in centrum is helaas failliet.

Pros:

gardens are big and nice , view from main gardens is cool . the pool and spa is good .breakfast room is big .

Cons:

Old Hotel and some of the rooms are really old , need to renovation soon , no AC on rooms ,rooms smell of mold and mildew not good for allergic people. breakfast is average for this kind of category hotel .
