Pros:

gardens are big and nice , view from main gardens is cool . the pool and spa is good .breakfast room is big .

Cons:

Old Hotel and some of the rooms are really old , need to renovation soon , no AC on rooms ,rooms smell of mold and mildew not good for allergic people. breakfast is average for this kind of category hotel .

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage in Karlsbad und haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Auch die Architektur gefiel mir sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es was alles sehr sauber. Auch das Auto durfte am Abreisetag noch auf dem Parkplatz stehen bleiben.

Cons:

Ich bin mit Hund angereist und der Hund kostete 50 Euro Aufpreis pro Nacht was ich schon sehr viel finde.
Für 50 Euro hätte ich erwartet, dass (so wie anderen Hotels) für den Hund wenigstens eine Decke, Näpfe und Leckerlies (oder mindestens eins dieser Dinge) bereit liegen. Aber leider war für den Hund gar nichts im Zimmer.
Das finde ich sehr schade und berechtigt somit auch keine 50 Euro Gebühr.

Sehr empfehlenswert, einfach toll!
Pros:

Ich hatte Junior Suite mit Balkon und war begeistert, sehr schöne helle und gemütlich eingerichtete 55 qm Zimmer, sehr sauber
Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal . sehr schöne SPA Bereich und tolle Massage für menschlichen Preis ! Ich komme wieder

Cons:

Die große Kissen im Bett sind nicht bequem , unebenmässig, (würde ich tauschen) . Das Abendessen (35€) war nicht so spektakulär wie auf den Bildern :) aber es ist für mich nicht entscheidend

Ubytování v tomto hotelu je velmi příjemné a proto se zde opakovaně vracíme

Чудове розташування, приємний персонал, цікаво оснащені та чисті номери.

Cons:

Не дуже зручне розташування басейну, варто додати більш зрозумілі вказівники, особливо в зворотному напрямку.

Das Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient
Cons:

Frühstück: trockenes Rührei mit Mais und Paprika, stapelfähige Spiegeleier, kein Lachs aber frische Knoblauchzehen, Papierservietten die zerfallen bei Benutzung, Verständigung nur tschechisch oder russisch
Der Sicherheitsdienst öffnet für Fahrräder nicht die Tore, hier soll man eine Treppe benutzen, der Abstellplatz wird mit Gartengerät zugetellt!
Die Hotelanlage besteht aus 6 Häusern, diese sind unterirdisch mit hunderten Metern Gängen verbunden!
Wer im falschen Bettenhaus gebucht hat braucht gute Schuhe!
