Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr zentral und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Obwohl wir vorab keinen Parkplatz gebucht hatten, konnten wir auf dem Hotelgelände parken.

Cons:

Durch die alten Möbel im Zimmer, war der Geruch im Zimmer ziemlich beißend. Außerdem war es etwas staubig im Zimmer.

Cons:

El servicio es pésimo, las personas no son amables, nadie habla inglés. Desde el portero del parqueadero hasta las recepcionistas, todos son groseros. Aunque habíamos pagado parking en el hotel, nos pidieron que parqueáramos en otro lugar fuera del hotel, muy lejos, porque no tenían espacio, y como no nos pareció justo, nos trataron mal, y en checo, porque nadie habla inglés, lo cual es increíble en un hotel que atiende turistas de todo el mundo.

Vom Inneren und Äusseren Eindruck eine kleinen Palastes. Grosser Frühstücksraum, reichhaltiges Angebot. Für den, der es mag: Umfangreiches Wellness-Angebot. Lage recht zentral. Schon vom Bahnhof weithin sichtbar. Ruhige Lage.
Zentrum fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Steckdosenanzahl ist verbesserungswürdig. Beim Frühstück beschränkt sich die vegane Auswahl beim Essen anscheinend nur auf Obst und Gemüse.

Daraufhin angesprochen, ob ich stornieren könne, wurde mir Booking empfohlen. Ein Witz vor dem Herren. Keine Kompensation. Nix.

Great location.

Cons:

The heating in the hotel was completely insufficient, and many guests were complaining about the same issue. This is especially unacceptable considering that the heating season officially ends on 31st May.

What made the experience even worse was the behaviour of the day staff, who repeatedly misled us about the situation with the heaters. We were told that a technician had repaired them and that the heating would be working again by the evening, which unfortunately was not true.

My mother is 70 years old, and she came to Reniun with her student friend after 50 years. This trip was meant to be a very special weekend for them, but instead it turned into a very disappointing experience.

Because of these circumstances, I will be requesting a partial refund. Such conditions are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und tollem Ambiente, aber deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf bei den tech

* Wunderschönes Hotel mit besonderer Atmosphäre und sehr schönem historischen Stil.
* Sehr freundliches, kommunikatives und hilfsbereites Personal.
* Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut betreut.
* Angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel.
* Die Lage und das Ambiente passen perfekt zu Karlovy Vary.

Cons:

* Die Magnetkarten für das Zimmer funktionierten ständig nicht und mussten mehrfach neu programmiert werden.
* Der Hinweis, die Karten nicht neben dem Handy aufzubewahren, hat leider nicht geholfen.
* Die Eingangstür sowie der Safe funktionierten trotz mehrfacher Bitte den ganzen Tag nicht richtig.
* Besonders der Safe sollte unabhängig von der Zimmerkarte funktionieren — das ist aus unserer Sicht ein ernstes technisches Problem, das dringend gelöst werden sollte.
* Der historische Stil des Hotels ist passend und schön, allerdings könnten einige Dinge modernisiert werden.
* Vor allem die Matratzen könnten mit der Zeit erneuert werden, um den Komfort zu verbessern.

V hotelu jsme strávili dva příjemné dny. Jen informace o přistupu k hotelu by měly být konkretnější.
Pros:

Strávili jsme v hotelu pouze jednu noc.
Kladně hodnotíme čistotu, kvalitu lůžek, zařizení apartmánu . Přijemně a elegantně působí i jídelna.
Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Úprava okolí hotelu je pěkná. Hotel můžeme doporučit.

Cons:

Pracovnice na recepci nebyla přiliš vstřicná. Neinformovala nás o možnosti použití výtahu z dolního hotelu Palace. Když jsme se na použití vytahu ptali při check- outu, zapomněla nám řict, že bez karty ho nemůžeme použit .
Nepříjemná zkušenost nás čekala u bazénu . Všude kolem bazénu i v šatnách byla na podlaze spousta
vody. Podlaha byla velmi! kluzká . Na to sice upozorňovaly cedule , ale chůze byla obtížná. Až když vnuk uklouzl a narazil si koleno, přišla pracovnice recepce a omlouvala se, že je tam sama. Podlahu setřela.
