Pros:

It's very central. It has a fridge on the room. The staff is very nice. It has a comunal kitchen upstairs.

Cons:

The room is very small, it doesn't have bedside tables. Light gets in and the bed is next to the window so I had to use an eye mask. Because it's in the old quarter, the traffic is crazy and some taxis don't even get to the hotel's door.

Помешкання розташоване в центрі старого кварталу, є ліфт. В номері хоча досить скромна обстановка, але чисто і є все необхідне для проживання. Сніданок не брала, бо вулична кухня поруч, де пропонувалися сніданки, мені не імпонує

Cons:

Оплата готівкою, бо за оплату карткою пропонують високу комісію. Пропонують екскурсію в бухту Халонг, але ціни значно вищі, чим я взяла в екскурсійному бюро через квартал за рогом вулиці і сплатила карткою без високої комісії

Le soin pour la décoration, le lit très confortable. Excellent accueil, le personnel est aux petits soins et nous donne de bons conseils

Rien si ce n'est le bruit de la rue en journée mais pas la nuit ce qui permet de faire une bonne nuit

Pros:

Super Lage im Old Quarter - man kann vieles zu Fuß erkunden. Die Gegend ist zwar sehr hektisch aber im Zimmer selber bekam man vom Lärm der Straßen kaum was mit. Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon, Klimaanlage und man konnte sogar Warmwasser einstellen. Auch ein Lift war vorhanden, was mit Gepäck immer sehr praktisch ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war immer jemand an der Rezeption. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und für den Preis einfach top!

Pros:

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but not quite as on the pictures shown. The AC weren’t very well. The location is excellent as there is amazing local food stalls near by but also restaurants to the fancy side. Everything you needed was close by and very convenient.

Cons:

Could been a little bit cleaner and the WiFi was hardly working for us.

Pros:

Great location and price. Has a (very small) lift which saves from walking upstairs and 24hr reception. They stored out luggage for free and could provide tour/transfer services. Staff were friendly and polite.

Cons:

Bed was on the harder side, but still comfortable. Bathroom was more a wet room, so had to remove any clothes/towels before showering, but everything still worked fine.

North Vietnam Holiday
Pros:

The location was perfect and was walking distance to many sites eg. Hoan Kiem lake, train street and many excellent restaurants and cafes. I stayed here for a total of 5 nights and left my luggage at the hotel when I left for Sapa and Bai Tu Long Bay. The room I stayed in was quiet without much noise from the streets. Their staff especially Ms Ngoc was super nice and helpful thru out my trip and was in touch with me even before I arrived in Vietnam. Good internet connection and comfy bed as well.

Cons:

Nothing much. Graffiti is not a luxury hotel. It's probably 2-3 stars and it exceeded expectation in it's category. I'll be happy to stay here again if I visit North Vietnam again.
