Pros:

とっても綺麗でした。清潔感もありシャワーの水圧も期待以上でした。きちんと清掃も入ってくださったので安心感がありました。
使いたいとは思いませんが洗濯機もあります。

Cons:

立地が少し悪いので移動にはタクシーかバイクタクシーが必須になると思います。支払いは現金でと表示されていたのにも関わらず、カードしか使えないと言われたのは少し困りました。

ทำเลที่ตั้ง เดินทางสะดวก

Cons:

ห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาด ( เจอห้อง 312 มีน้ำไหลซึมจากเพดานชั้นบนตกลงบริเวณโถชักโครก) ฝากแก้ไขด้วย

Pros:

Although only used once. The kitchen utilities in room were 👍 beat and tidy

Cons:

Staff member older, showed frustration by facial expressions when could not understand my English 😆

Pros:

It was clean and homely. Had lot of freedom.

Cons:

Inability to communicate in English was a disadvantage for me. And there were no help desk for the tourists to get information. May be that waz because it was meant to rent as an apartment

Good for a short stay and small family
Pros:

Very spacious and not a single cockroach

Cons:

For the price we could get somewhere with a microwave, a bigger fridge and a TV

Our overall stay in Thailand is not bad except the guest house.
Pros:

The location is good but the room didn't meet our expectation as it is mentioned and also they put one tiny refrigerator for 5 people.

Cons:

The stuffs are not good at treating guests.
