Quietness

Cons:

The place was dirty and the receptionist couldn't help me because the housekeepers were already knocked off. The bathroom, the floor and glasses to drink water were not changed I could see the fingers of the previous person. But that was fixed but I was not happy with the negligence of the receptionist to double check my room before arrival

Definitely not worth the money we paid
Pros:

The receptionist guy tried but wasn’t helpful much

Cons:

The rooms we were given near reception were horrible, definitely nothing like the description on the site. Side lamps were working, no blankets , water wasn’t hot, the condition of the room its self wasn’t in good condition.

Strongly don't recommend
Pros:

The staff was friendly but unprofessional

Cons:

The rooms were so untidy.
There was poor service.
Shower water was cold, the room was so cold with no blanket provided.
The staff made a lot of mistakes like letting us go into a room that was already booked.
The place was unsafe because everyone who was at the gate got access with no pre check of the person's identity.

The aicon is there for aesthetics, no extra blanket now during winter, there were no towels in the room. They just threw us in a room as if they did not know there were guests coming.
