Golders Park Hotel

Couldn't turn the shower temperature down which was sometimes very hot unfortunately.

Firstly it’s not very well signed so you can’t find it .
When arriving it stating parking it actually hasn’t got any, 1 parking spot isn’t parking!
Turned up to check in told to ring a number and the phone was on the desk . Waited ages to be greeted.
Went onto the room, looked like the door had been kicked in several times. The window where open when going to shut the closers where half hanging off after being screwed on .
It was hardly clean!
I had to book another hotel room .
This place is shocking!! I wouldn’t recommend

Room was clean however toilet seat broken, tap lose in bathroom, headboards on beds not straight, bed un comfy could feel springs, overall noise from people eirher from in the hotel or attached building to much....no sleep

Hot with no fan

Room was poor scruffy in need of a revamp wouldn't take lots of money .
Never any hot water
Slap dash cleaning and tea and coffee facilities and kettle were just thrown on a tray no room to hang any clothes and main light did not work. Bed was comfortable. Rooms at this standard should be half the price charged room was so small it was like a cupboard

Ground floor window from room had no safety features.

It is very run down, floors all chipped walls covered in drinks, mold in the bathroom

The room was a shack at the back of the hotel access through garden alley. Ok for a single guy but it would have been uncomfortable for a single woman. The room was poorly maintained and very low quality.

The property page says it offers "free parking (no reservation needed)", as well as "EV charging". These are the only two reasons why I booked with them. However, when I arrived there were no available parking spaces and the "EV charger", which was basically an ordinary 3-pin household socket, was blocked by a parked car. I was told to park on the street, which was not free (and there weren't any space available there either, because it's London). On short, I was sold services (free parking and EV charging) which were not given. I decided to leave and find another property that would hopefully not lie about the services they provide.
The property said, upon contacting them for a refund, that the parking is provided on a "first-come, first-served basis", but that's not written anywhere on their page.
They refused to give a refund, but I managed to get my money back using my bank (booking.com ignored my refund request completely).

The area not a lot to do unless you went further afield we weren't to bothered as we only needed somewhere to stay as we were going to an event at Wembley plus it was to hot to do any

Next door was a little dodgy.
Smell of weed was strong
