The property was unclean, fabrics and furnishings where born and our room smelt of fish the window was faulty

Every single part of the room / bathroom was filthy not been cleaned in forever the bed frames are wonky like they’re hanging on for dear life the mattress and bedding look like they’ve been wee’d on and just left it the floors are dirty the shower is vile grime all over a literal wire hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom

Filthy disgusting bedding, under the duvet on the mattress protection was dead insects and soiled with human hair and sweat and the room was absolutely filthy.
I’ve traveled the world and been to many countries and this hotel room they gave me was the most dirtiest I’ve EVER experienced.

The bedding wasn’t clean. There was stains all over the head board, pillows and bedding. There was tissue in the bed with loads of hair on it. Was not a pleasant stay at all. The fire alarm on arrival was covered up.

Housekeeping just need to pay extra attention to the details for example no hair dryer in the room and the tea tray needed to be refreshed as some packets were already opened

Wouldn't ideally pay the amount we did for the state of property.
The bathroom door handle hanging off and the shower drain cover was loose and sliding all over the place. There were no shower mats to prevent slipping either making me very cautious whilst showering. The headboard of the bed fell off the bed causing a slant and the room door lock wouldn't work causing me and my partner to be quite anxious overnight, we ended up putting a chair in front just to give us some peace of mind

La biancheria lasciava un po' a desiderare e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la biancheria sporca appoggiata sul letto.
Le finestre non garantivano nessun isolamento acustico ed essendo la camera su strada era molto rumorosa. Inoltre mancavano tende per oscurare la luce del sole

For the price is good but the bathroom was a bit dirty also the walls were dirty a bit

It was over priced…dirty cracked and window in bedroom wish I read the reviews but I panicked when booking due to a family emergency, room 15 spacious top floor headboard wasn’t attached properly floor was dirty shower well I didn’t even use it was that bad, bed was comfortable.. tea and coffee was just scattered on a tray.. fan was broken but they replaced it immediately… there is free parking but on a 1st come basis only can’t reserve, I say enough room for 4 small cars we was lucky we did get a space.. I paid £285 for this room I never felt so ripped off in my life this room is worth no more then £80 a night and that’s pushing it but it is London unless you have no choice then do not stay here how they get away charging that amount I do not know.
