Pros:

Ottima posizione in pieno centro per visitare i principali monumenti e con molti locali vicino.

Cons:

Manca uno sgabello in bagno per poter poggiare le proprie cose. Noi abbiamo risolto mettendoci la pattumiera che aveva la parte superiore piatta

Great stay, we have to come back.
Pros:

Excellent communication with the property. Great recommendations on the food and sightseeing. Very clean, modern updated apartment. Pictures don't do justice. We took a baroque train tour (which stops across the street) and was the great option to see Modica, which eliminates a lot of uphill steep walking. Great restaurant, Oste Matto, in the same alley.

Appartamento con spazi ampi, pulito e accessoriato per cucinare e farsi il caffè..gradito l'omaggio di cioccolato. Gentilezza della sig.Helena...l'appartamenro Pietrenere ha un balcone con possibilità di stendere...

Pros:

La ubicació és excel·lent, l'apartament té tot allò necessari per passar una setmana. Està molt net i és molt pràctic. La terrassa és un valor afegit. El personal és molt amable i atent, tot ho fan molt fàcil! És la segona vegada que hi hem passat una setmana, i sens dubte, el tornaríem a llogar si anéssim a Mòdica de nou!

Cons:

Per nosaltres no ha estat un inconvenient, però s'ha de tenir en compte que no és adequat per persones amb mobilitat reduïda, doncs no hi ha ascensor per accedir als apartaments.

Appartati sui tetti di Modica.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, comoda per esplorare il centro storico ma tranquilla e silenziosa, affacciata su un bel vicolo su cui troverete anche dei ristoranti molto validi. Appartamento molto bello, spazioso per due persone e dotato di tutti i comfort , ben rifinito e pulito. Helena, la host, é stata molto gentile e disponibile. Infine, ho apprezzato molto le eleganti scale che portano all’appartamento, ben arredate e arricchite da foto d’epoca e una breve storia del luogo.

Cons:

Il WiFi era un po’ lento ma tanto in vacanza non ci serviva.

Pros:

L'appartement est confortable, spacieux et très bien placé à Modica. Nous nous sommes garés au parking gratuit à 7_8 minutes à pied de l'appartement. On a apprécié la vue sur la place et le calme. Accueil par une boîte à clés mais personnel réactif.

Cons:

Le séjour est un peu sombre. Absence de lampe dans la cuisine au niveau de la hotte.

Pros:

Really good communication and directions received from the owner.
Perfect location with lots of restaurants and enotecas nearby. The street parking was easy.
Lovely and charming building and apartment - loved the “roof top” terrace that came with the apartment we rented.
