Tolle Lage im Grünen, stilvolle Gestaltung, toller Fitness- und Wellnessbereich, große & schöne Zimmer, Betten mit super Matratzen, sehr gutes Frühstück, viele Parkmöglichkeiten, nettes Personal, sehr erholsam, tolle Preisleistung
Leider schließt der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich bereits um 21:00; ich hätte mir 22:00 gewünscht. Fenster nach draußen ins Grüne im Frühstücksbereich wären sehr schön
The gym and sauna were nice.
I arrived late and almost found myself locked outside the hotel, nobody answered in the first phone I tried and in the 2nd finally someone answered but they didn’t speak English, after a guessing game I found out where they left my ticket (a text message in the booking app with an explanation would have saved it) and then I got to my room.
I had to leave at 9am and return at 9pm each day so I didn’t get to use the sauna and the facilities other than the breakfast and one time the sauna for 10min.
I had no hot water in my shower for 2 days and only in the 3rd day after I talked to the reception because finally I came back before they are all gone at 9pm and the guy there said it was a technical issue and now he fixed it. The day after I had “hot” water but it wasn’t really hot, I wanna decide what is too hot for me, not be limited by a sort of hot water that a 4 star hotel decides for me.
Then in the breakfast I wanted 6 hard boiled eggs, and I got only 4 because they ran out of eggs, how is that happening?!
The next day I bought my own eggs and asked them to cook it, I also bought my own avocado because they didn’t have any and overall the breakfast in this hotel is a 1-2 star hotel breakfast.
On Sunday they left a note “inform the reception if you want to give up on cleaning your room for a free drink”, I didn’t want a drink so I didn’t inform them but I guess it wasn’t really a choice, because they still decided to not clean my room.
The gym is nice, I did enjoy playing with cool stretching machines.
The people there are nice but english should be a language that they speak in my opinion, if not all at least one person in every shift.

Geen gelegenheid om even een drankje te doen.
Alleen mogelijk op je kamer.
Ontbijt prima, niet uitgebreid. Geen ei , (geen gebakken/ geen roer, niks met een ei.
Koffie/ thee moet je vragen.
Schöne Lage in ruhiger Umgebung , ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten
Rezeption war bereits um 17 Uhr nicht besetzt ( kein Ansprechpartner, keine Klingel etc.)
Restaurant bereits Stunde vor offizeller Schliesszeit geschlossen.
Im Zimmer keine Informationen und keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu einem Ansprechpartner.
In einer Suite mit Whirlpool keine Bademäntel sehr unerwartet. Keine Bedienungsabweisungen für Whirlpool. ( keine Reaktion beim Startversuch, konnte nicht nachvollzogen werden, ob Pool überhaupt funktionierte).
Kein Sichtschutz bei einem Whirlpool auf der Terasse vorhanden.
Regulierung Klimaanlage ebenfalls ohne Anweisung ( beim Auschecken wurde uns mitgeteilt man müsse "falschherum drehen".
Für eine Suite im 4 Sterne Hotel leider sehr enttäuschend.
