Pros:

Schöne Lage in ruhiger Umgebung , ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Rezeption war bereits um 17 Uhr nicht besetzt ( kein Ansprechpartner, keine Klingel etc.)
Restaurant bereits Stunde vor offizeller Schliesszeit geschlossen.
Im Zimmer keine Informationen und keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu einem Ansprechpartner.
In einer Suite mit Whirlpool keine Bademäntel sehr unerwartet. Keine Bedienungsabweisungen für Whirlpool. ( keine Reaktion beim Startversuch, konnte nicht nachvollzogen werden, ob Pool überhaupt funktionierte).
Kein Sichtschutz bei einem Whirlpool auf der Terasse vorhanden.
Regulierung Klimaanlage ebenfalls ohne Anweisung ( beim Auschecken wurde uns mitgeteilt man müsse "falschherum drehen".

Für eine Suite im 4 Sterne Hotel leider sehr enttäuschend.

Tolle Übernachtung in ruhiger Atmosphäre
Pros:

Ordentliche Ausstattung, alles schön sauber. Der Komfort der Matratze war genau richtig für mich. Eine tolle Regendusche gab es auch. Ich habe super geschlafen, es war mucksmäuschen still. Auch mit dem Frühstück war ich sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage im Grünen auf jeden Fall ein Plus.
