Pros:

Für ein Apartment in NewYorkCity ist die Größe beachtenswert - gerade als Familie ist es schön, über genügend Raum und Schränke zu verfügen.

Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight der Unterkunft - gemütlich und mit einem grandiosen Ausblick!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit - die Kommunikation funktioniert hauptsächlich über WhatsApp (persönliche Ansprache ist natürlich auch möglich), die Reaktionen sind schnell.

Die Lage ist super - 5 Minuten Fußweg zum WorldTradeCenter und diversen U-Bahn-Stationen sowie in Laufnähe der BrooklynBridge.

Cons:

Leider war das Apartment bereits sehr abgewohnt und reservierungsbedürftig! Die Badmöbel müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden, dies entspricht bei Weitem nicht 4 Sternen und dem Preisniveau. Das Badewasser wirkte rosthaltich.
Die Fenster schließen nicht ordentlich und scheinen nur einfach verglast zu sein!
Trotz unserem Apartment in der 8. Etage stand bei der morgendlichen Müllabfuhr morgens 5 Uhr im Bett! Ohne Oropax ist an Schlaf kaum zu denken!
Die Küchenausstattung ist leider nicht gut. Trotz Buchung für 4 Personen gab es nur 3 Müslischüsseln (eine Vierte erhielten wir auf Nachfrage), die Küchenschränke waren größtenteils leer.
Auch Handtuchsets erhielten wir anfangs nur 3x statt 4 (auf Anfrage erhielten wir schnell ein 4. Set).

A perfect oasis from my three-block walk to the noise (work).
Pros:

Tyler and Oninga (sp?) were spectacular. I used to stay at this propert when it was a Sonder, but I never had the kind of customer experience that Tyler and Oninga were able to provide!

Struttura abbastanza buona anche se un po' cara.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, cucina ben attrezzata ed efficienza dello staff.

Cons:

Abbiamo fatto togliere il tappeto per via delle allergie e una volta tolto e venuto fuori di tutto, da cottonfioc ad altro.Non funzionava il riscaldamento e hanno dovuto cambiarci di stanza con conseguente disagio.

Pros:

Het is een zeer ruim appartement. Het bed ligt goed. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Regelmatig wordt het appartement schoongemaakt en propere handdoeken.

Cons:

De ramen waren totaal niet geïsoleerd. Er zat een spleet van een cm die niet dicht te krijgen was. Er is enorm veel lawaai van de naastgelegen bouwwerf, ook ‘s nachts. De matras van het zetelbed is aan vervanging toe. Je ligt gewoon los op de vering.

L’appartement était super, propre, avec tous les équipements utiles. Les lits sont très confortables. Il y a 2 salles de bain ce qui est super quand on part à 5. L’emplacement est calme, le quartier est propre et bien fréquenté. Proche de tout

Cons:

Le nettoyage chaque jour pourrait être mieux réalisé dans l’appartement, ainsi que les serviettes de bain changer tous les jours, mais ça n’a pas non plus était trop dérangeant car un balais était à disposition.

Pros:

We have just got back from staying here. We had a one bedroom with kitchenette for two weeks, and we really happy with our overall experience.
I'm puzzled by reviews saying that rooms were dirty and broken. Ours was spotless, and everything worked as it should, Staff were polite, and the one time we got our room serviced we came back to it tidied like we'd only just arrived- and that's not how we'd left it for them! And things we'd left in the room were definitely still there, so no qualms about them coming in to our room. The desk staff were cheerful, with a 'hello' if they weren't busy, and we left our luggage there for a few hours when we booked out , which is always useful.
When we first arrived there was a lot of noise from builders early in the morning, but that stopped after the first week, and truly, this is not the fault of the hotel anyway.
The kitchenette was excellent- big fridge, half dishwasher, and a good convection/microwave oven, plus utensils and pans. It worked well for us, as we wanted to self cater. There were quite a few grocer stores nearby, so it was easy to stock up.
There was a lot of space- wardrobes (and coat hangers! About 18), drawers, and a two seater table. No sofa like photos show- I don't know where that's meant to be, and it would have been handy, but then the room would have been cramped, and it certainly wasn't that.
The bed was small- only a double by our own standards, which is a lot different to our king at home! But, a bigger bed wouldn't fit, so that's why it was smaller, and it was definitely comfortable, with good pillows.
The area was excellent. Fulton Subway was a 3 min walk away, and though we had to learn which entrance/exit was the right one, it's not hard to figure out with a bit of patience. The trains went anywhere- it was a perfect hub, and that includes direct to and from JFK. Just so, so handy.
The rooftop had a nice view. We didn't use it for anything, just went for a look, but it has chairs and tables, so would be nice when the weather is pleasant.
I was so happy to be staying there. It was close to perfect, and I'd be very happy to stay there again if we were ever back in NYC.
