Great hotel comfy beds.
Pros:

It was close enough to most things, it had a nice tub. Hot tub on the booking does not mean hot tub, which was disappointing. It was kinda a jacuzzi tub with a couple light jets and a waterfall feature. Definitely not bad but not a hot tub. Room was very nice appreciated the kitchen and the bed was super comfy. Highballs and beer right down the hall was a fantastic touch. Overall I really enjoyed it.

Cons:

Price was kinda high for Japan . Stayed in kyoto and Toyko in fundamentally nicer rooms for about half the cost. Although it was on the cheaper side for the sopporo area.

Pros:

The room was really big for us 3 people, so we had a lot of space to move around. And the bathtub was probably the most amazing part of the whole experience. They have really modern ones .

Cons:

The whole hotel is prolly just an old converted apartment into a hotel. The lobby was placed weirdly. The entrance wasn't clear, it wasn't welcoming at all. When I checked in, the room's air conditioner was really loud, I noticed immediately that the filter wasn't being cleaned for months and I told the front desk, they came and checked but didn't do anything. After the 2nd night, I just decided to take down the filter and cleaned it myself and it stopped being loud. I wish they have more people with skills of taking care of a hotel room for guests to enjoy there.
