1.所有员工的态度极为优秀。早上中午，下午晚上半夜所有的柜台前台员工态度都极为良好。乃至餐厅的员工态度也非常好。门口保安还有工作人员。如果总数是100分。我一定会给他打分，打到97分以上。

4.早餐很优秀。非常美味。而我是素食者。旅馆特别帮我准备非常美味的素食。吃不够还让我更加加菜。
5.总体而言，这一家旅馆的每一个员工都很乐于帮助人。而且都带着很灿烂的笑容。这样能感觉非常舒服。
1.我住的那一间热水坏了。维修过后好了一下。后来还是坏了。
2.员工的英语能力不太行，必须要加强。只有少数几位员工英文还可以，大部分的员工英语能力都不太能够完善沟通。但是,但是他们还是很热心的以解决问题。乐于了解顾客的需求。给顾客帮助。所以这一点是美中不足。
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean but the air conditioning has an issue ( needs cleaning ) and I caught a dreadful cough/cold from this hotel.
The breakfast is good ( it was nice to actually have some 🥓)
This hotel has a vermin issue. Pigeons are nesting all over the hotel and are a nuisance. They build their nests from poo and the smell is bad . They wake you up at dawn with their petulant cooing.
The pool chlorine isn't measured . It's just thrown in .

Everything was perfect
Parking extérieur couvert, à l'arrivée. Sympathique accueil à la réception. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur un terrain de jeux public et la grande piscine extérieure de l'hôtel. Confortable literie et climatisation efficace. Fitness basique mais suffisant pour se maintenir en forme. Espace café-bar climatisé à prix doux. Bon petit-déjeuner buffet servi dans le restaurant à 20 mètres de l'hôtel. Établissement bien situé à proximité de la gare routière et à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare.
Dans l'ensemble ; bel hôtel et agréable séjour.

La porte de la chambre, difficile et bruyante à fermer
Mauvais éclairage de la chambre. Seulement une chaise (pour deux personnes ?). Grand balcon, mais inutilisable à cause de la chaleur du compresseur de la climatisation. Baignoire trop haute pour accéder à la douche. Réglage automatique de l'eau chaude fastidieux (brûlant ou rien). Dévidoir du papier WC difficilement accessible.
Bref, des petits problèmes, pas graves, mais qui, tous cumulés, nuisent au bon standing de l'hôtel.
Dommage, car c'est un bon établissement !
