fermata bus davanti, a 100 mt pasticceria Colpo di frusta, con colazione imperdibile, a 1,5 km con bella passeggiata su pista ciclabile/pedonale pizzeria Gregoris ottima.

Cons:

le campane del campanile di fronte alle 7 del mattino, con il prete che si diverte a farle suonare per svegliare tutta la comunità... per il resto ok.

Pros:

Ich bin früher angekommen und konnte netterweise bereits vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit ins Zimmer. Der Kontakt war sehr persönlich und freundlich – der Gastgeber hat mir alles genau erklärt und war außerdem sehr hilfsbereit bei einer Angelegenheit, die ich noch kurz vor meiner Abfahrt erledigen musste. Das habe ich wirklich sehr geschätzt.
Die Busstation befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, wodurch die Anbindung nach Venedig unkompliziert ist – mit dem direkten Bus braucht man etwa 30 Minuten. Das Zimmer selbst war außerdem sehr sauber und angenehm.

Cons:

Für die Lage war es absolut in Ordnung. Das Bett könnte etwas gemütlicher sein, ansonsten war es aber eine gute kurzfristige Lösung, um von dieser Unterkunft aus Venedig zu besuchen.

Bon séjour, hôtes réactifs! Bien placé, le seul inconvénient c’est que cela est un peu bruyant du fait du café d’en bas!

Pros:

La habitación es preciosa, el colchón y las almohadas comodisimas, el hombre que nos atendió un auténtico encanto, el baño súper luminoso y limpio, hay nevera, cafetera, hervidor de agua.. Vamos un 10/10!!

Cons:

A nosotros no nos afecta porque madrugamos mucho pero el alojamiento está ubicado muy cerca de un campanario que toca las campanas cada media hora a partir de las 6am, además está encima de la Osteria que tiene música puesta desde por la mañana, así que si te gusta dormir hasta tarde recomiendo llevar tapones

Pros:

Liebevolle Ausstattung, gepflegtes Badezimmer, die Lage ist sehr gut, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, man ist in 20-25 Minuten für 1,50€ in Venedig, trotz Straßennähe ist es bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig. Alessandro ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich bei Absprachen und Informationen.

Pros:

Просторный, уютный номер. Чистое белье и полотенца. Остановка под окнами. Под окнами есть ещё кафешка, шумновато было в выходные.
Автобусы до Венеции ходят допоздна и по расписанию. Обратите внимание, не все номера апартаменты. Мы ошиблись в выборе. Но если честно, времени и сил готовить совсем не было)))

Sono stata bene e non ha posizione lontana dal centro, ma comoda per raggiungerlo.

Cons:

Essendo posizionato sopra a un bar, il sabato sera c’è stato un po’ di rumore, ma ho chiamato il bar e ho chiesto la cortesia di abbassare la musica, così hanno fatto.

A small, cozy accommodation in a perfect location
Pros:

The place was exactly as described — small and intimate, very clean, and well equipped for a short stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bus station that takes you directly to Venice. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and easy to communicate with, making everything smooth from start to finish.
