Great experience for me - highly recommend!
Pros:

The view was from the balcony absolutely amazing - with a direct sightline of the Aya Sofia which never fails to impress. The staff were very friendly too, and room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was nice too, with a great selection of cheese and meats. All in all, great value for money, and I recommend without hesitation.

Cons:

Very minor - some expected amenities (eg stirrer for coffee/tea or a spoon) were not there. Of course, I could have requested this, but dealt without.

Excellent hotel in perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent location for the old town, close to everything. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is excellent with amazing view from rooftop. Basement spa with Turkish Hamman which is definitely worth doing and hotel guests receive 20% discount on spa. Only 10 mins walk to nearest port for ferry and boat trips. 20-25 mins walk across the bridge to the other side of Istanbul.

Great location – convenient to all of the main Istanbul attractions. Most important was the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping and the restaurant team – all great!

Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable et arrangeant, dans l’accueil comme en général. Nous avons eu un souci sur les chambres, et on nous a offert une formule spa/massage complète gratuite bien que nous comprenions parfaitement les circonstances. L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et accueillant. Merci au personnel du petit déjeuner (très bon et complet) pour leur amabilité aussi, mais aussi aux équipes de nettoyage ! Hotel très bien situé (plein coeur de Sultanhamet), avec des restaurants et des épiceries de rue juste à côté pour se faire dépanner en cas de besoin. Merci aux réceptionnistes pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse !

Cons:

La seule chose qui a manqué serait une petite affiche à mettre afin de signaler au personnel le besoin dans les chambres au moment du ménage. J’ai laissé des mots pour signaler qu’il n’était pas nécessaire de changer les draps ou les serviettes de bain par exemple, et même de refaire le lit, mais compliqué de se faire comprendre quand le personnel de chambre ne parle pas anglais ! Je pense que ça pourrait servir à la clientèle comme aux employés :)

Pros:

Хороший отель прям в самом центре старого города, месторасположение 100+. Все в шаговой доступности, кафе, магазины, остановка трамвая, все достопримечательности. Отзывчивый и вежливый персонал. Удобные кровати и подушки.

The hotel's location was excellent and very convenient. However, my stay in the Deluxe Corner Room was disappointing

I would say that the location was by far the best about the hotel - close by to everything which is very convenient :)

Cons:

I stayed in the Deluxe Corner Room and, unfortunately, I don’t feel it was worth the price. There was a leak in the room near the radiator, which was disappointing, and the sound insulation was very poor. I could clearly hear both neighbouring rooms and outside noise, making it difficult to relax.
The room and bathroom lighting also had a blue tint, which felt unusual and not particularly welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special and certainly not among the better hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced.
Overall, I wouldn’t consider this a true 4-star experience. Given the issues and the price paid, I was expecting a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel with Wonderful Staff
Pros:

The staff are completely nice and supportive. We are very satisfied as a couple on a vacation. The location is unmatchable right in the center of old town in Istanbul.
