It is a wonderful place to stay. Location and staff are exceptional.
Pros:

Staff is exceptionally nice. Front desk people were very couteous.

Pros:

スタッフがさりげなく親切だったのは好感がもてました。
朝食も美味しくバラエティーに富みなにより景色が見事でした。
朝食付きにするか悩んだら、参考にしてみてください。
あと、旧市街の真ん中の立地もおすすめポイントです。どこへ出かけるにも便利でした。

Расположение отеля идеальнейшее, в пару минут от трамвая и главных достопримечательностей. В отеле на 6 этаже шикарный ресторан, в котором очень вкусное мясо и рыба, отличный вид на Босфор и мечети. Комната не новейшая, но все для комфорта имеется, особенно оценили душевую с отличным напором воды. В нашем проживании был включен завтрак, который тоже был очень приличным для Турции. Все было свежайшее. Отдельно хочу выделить насколько гостеприимный и дружелюбный был персонал. Во всем помогут очень быстро и от всей души, вы здесь всегда желанный гость. Безлимитно выдают воду, что в жару неоценимо. Если вернёмся в Турцию, то однозначно будем заселяться сюда.

Cons:

Слабый вайфай, подключение которого стабильно, но скорость очень низкая, что доставляло дискомфорт. Цены в ресторане довольно высокие, но мы пытались сэкономить, пообедав в других местах и испытывали большое разочарование ввиду не вкусной, не свежей и не особо дешёвой еды, так что цена оправдана.

Semplicemente eccezionale! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Istanbul con la mia famiglia e posso dire, senza alcun dubbio, che è stata una delle esperienze più belle che abbia mai vissuto.
L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile fin dal primo momento. Tutto lo staff, a partire dalla reception, ci ha accolti con un sorriso, una gentilezza e una disponibilità davvero fuori dal comune. Ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta con professionalità, competenza e tanta cortesia, facendoci sentire sempre importanti e coccolati.
Le camere erano perfette: confortevoli e pulitissime. Ogni giorno venivano riordinate con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Anche tutti i servizi dell'hotel sono stati eccellenti, in particolare la colazione, ricca, abbondante e di altissima qualità, con tantissima scelta.
Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Hasan, che rappresenta un vero valore aggiunto di questa struttura. Sempre sorridente, disponibile, attento e pronto a prendersi cura degli ospiti con una gentilezza straordinaria. La sua professionalità e il suo calore umano ci hanno fatto sentire davvero come a casa. Persone come lui fanno la differenza e rendono un soggiorno semplicemente indimenticabile.
Per tutta la vacanza abbiamo avuto la meravigliosa sensazione di essere in famiglia: accolti, protetti e al sicuro. È raro trovare un hotel dove ci si senta così bene.
Se torneremo a Istanbul, non prenderemo nemmeno in considerazione altre strutture: sceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel. Lo consigliamo con tutto il cuore a chiunque cerchi un ambiente elegante, pulitissimo e soprattutto ricco di persone meravigliose che lavorano con passione.
Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra vacanza perfetta. A prestissimo!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right near the train station. Tram lines. Near the grand bazar. Near the food places. Near sultanhamet. It’s perfect.

The cleanliness of the hotel is expectional. Super clean.

Breakfast is always fresh. No stale breakfast. Has a wide range of foods.

The staff are very very friendly. Especially hasan. He makes the breakfast experience so welcoming and entertaining ensuring we have everything. Always making fresh eggs and fresh coffee

Cons:

It is slightly bit of a walk upwards uphill away from the sea. Like a 15 minutes walk.

Prima Hotel - gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt mit 4 Frauen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war frisch und mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Vor allem der Restaurantleiter Hasan gibt sich viel Mühe für jeden Gast! Furkan und Aydin von der Rezeption waren auch immer bemüht. Wir waren schon das 3. mal dort und werden weiterhin dieses Hotel für unsere Istanbulreisen auswählen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen lief über das Hotel und war reibungslos.
