Pros:

It is at the center of most of the tourist attractions. We walked to all the places. Perfect for walking. The people at the hotel are very professional, kind,respectful, and helpful. I definitely recommend it to anyone. The rooms have everything, even a travel kit. Change towels every day. It is a great hotel.

Cons:

I like everything about Antusa.

Friendly hotel staff, willing to answer all your questions with a genuine big smile.
Pros:

Breakfast is very good and rich, the hotel location is just a 2 minute walk to Agia Sofia Cathedral. Rooms are clean,as well as all hotel areas. Area is quiet, with restaurants all around.

Atendimento do pessoal o cafe a manhã Todos atenciosos e de bom humor esecialmente o Hassan. O pessoal da recepção
tambem educados e prestativos. O cafe a manha era maravihoso tanto em variedade como na qualidade dos produtos.(exceto os sucos)

Cons:

A porta o banheiro de nosso quarto estava rangendo por falta de oleo o que incomodava bastante. Outra coisa que destoava no cafe da manhâ eram os sucos aguados A laranja cortada no buffet era de otima qualidade porem o suco servido nao era feito da mesma ,parecendo artificial.

Cons:

Very close to many attractions only few minutes walk to the blue mosque, very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff members. We are very happy with the experience..

J’ai aimé la localisation de l’hôtel, à quelques mètres de sainte-Sophie. J’ai énormément apprécié la gentillesse de tout le personnel, que ce soit à la réception ou au petit déjeuner où Hassan a toujours le sourire et une petite attention pour les enfants. Mon mari a testé le bain turc et est revenu enchanté du service également.

Cons:

J’ai été surprise par la taille de la couette mais en continuant notre voyage en Turquie, je me suis rendu compte que c’était pareil et même parfois pire dans les autres hôtels.

Great stay
Pros:

Excellent location, spectacular views from the terrace. Very convenient sauna and hammam facilities. Compared to other offers in the area this offers very good price/quality.

Очень понравилось доброжелательное отношение персонала. отдельно бы отметить господина Хасана , за его внимательность к гостям и заботливое отношение к деткам . Замечательное месторасположение. Завтрак в Отеле очень вкусный , все свежее . К сожалению не смогли оценить кухню на обед или ужин в ресторане-были проездом, но обязательно вернемся в этот отель.

Nice and friendly - but didn’t feel like a 4 star, more like a 3 star.
Pros:

In the heart of Sultanahmet area (old city), was in a very convenient location, to see the major attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Had all the amenities I needed. Had a lift, so disability friendly.

Cons:

Not enough water stocked in the rooms. Only 3-4 tiny water bottles per day, had to constantly ask for more; until I finally went and brought myself a massive bottle from the corner shop. Aside from the receptionist and one other staff member, no one else could speak ANY English at all. - so google translate was very helpful.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We stayed for three nights in a corner suite. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Out of nowhere they would bring us water or tea while we waited. Great location central to Agia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and other landmarks, all within walking distance. Hotel was very quiet too even with restaurants below. We will come back again

Hotel mal mantenido. Las fotos no son reales. La terraza y ubicación excelente pero no volvería.
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación y la terraza con una vista espectacular. El desayuno estaba muy bien y tambièn allì se puede almorzar o comer a la noche.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no son como se muestra en las fotos. Están viejas y descuidadas. No tienen ni siquiera sàbanas adecuadas para las camas. Son màs chicas asì que se salen a cada rato. Y tanto el lobby como otros espacios comunes no son agradables o adecuados al hotel que muestran en las fotos.

Pros:

立地が最高。
到着時部屋のセーフティボックスが開きませんでしたがフロントに電話したらすぐに開けに来てもらえました。やはりこういう対応が速いのがありがたいです。
一晩につき2本の水はサービスですとハッキリお知らせいただけたのも良かったです。
次回もここに泊まります。

Loved the people, service, room, location. But didnt love the bed or the bed garments.
Pros:

Loved the location, the staff, the room.

Cons:

The bed. It was so hard it was like sleeping on a concrete slab. You need softer beds. Also, there was only a sheet to sleep under so i had to try to cover myself with bath towels at night. You should offer at least a light weight blanket for guests to use if they want.
