Modernes Hotel. in guter Lage für Restaurants, Bars und Shopping. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gute Zimmergrösse, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Für Frühstück hat es nie gereicht, da es nur bis 10 Uhr geht. In den Ferien möchte man es gemütlich nehmen.

Nothing honestly was fantastic and made other properties in other cities look bad. Thinking of only staying at the Marriot from now on

Convenient place to stay in Osaka.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, I made a mistake in the booking and they accepted to amend the dates last minute.
Good location between dotonbori, Osaka castle and Katsuoji.

Cons:

Room slightly small and not the greatest view on the highway.

It was very welcoming

Best Hotel in Osaka - Amazing Staff!
Pros:

Amazing staff and team - best we experienced in Japan! This was a bucket list trip to Japan for my son and I, and what a great choice for our final destination.

This hotel is centrally located in a great neighborhood in Osaka and close to everything (castle, dotunburi, great local restaurants and ahopping, etc). The hotel has great rooms and a wonderful restaurant with a reasonably priced breakfast buffet that is also very good.

The real highlight of this hotel is the staff, they are first and foremost friendly and courteous - genuinely nice people. They are knowledgable and kind with their time and recommendations. And most impressively they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. We dealt with some interesting situations ranging from timing of our arrival to trying to ship purchases back to the US (not easy these days so we’ll be taking an extra package home with us).

The front desk was truly amazing throughout our stay. Ms. Han, Mr. Sakaeda, Ms. Akriti, and all of the staff - thank you! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.
