Excellent property and staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very big and comfortable rooms. Very convenient location, close to major metro stations. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Service was great people were very polite and efficient, only small downsize is the noise of the highway even at night,

Pleasant & Lovely
Pros:

Loved the view from 15th Floor. Staff was very accommodating with helping us in reminding us of Marriot Bonvoy to get an upgrade from 5th Floor to the 15th Floor. Advised us on highway facing rooms having vehicle noises but which wasn't a bother after a million steps a day we slept like a baby. The bed was very comfortable but a bit tiny for 2 Adults and a kid.
They even let us keep umbrellas with us on most of our days.

Cons:

Really wish the Breakfast included more options for Muslims as everything had pork and we only opted for 1 day and was very disappointed in paying that price and not able to eat 90% of the food.
Even the boiled egg was totally leaky and not edible.

Wish the TV had an option to choose Youtube or Netflix but the marriot app blocked everything even though the remote showed the options.

Great location. Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent and facilities were great. Rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

We were not happy with the television. Not all the channels were working. The only English Channel was CNN which was just news. There was no ability to cast from mobile devices. This is quite poor for a 5 star hotel. Also, some of the front of desk staff struggled to communicate in English which made things difficult.

Nothing like Marriott.
Pros:

Location of Hotel is good. Right outside metro station exit. Bathroom was good.

Cons:

Not a very warm hotel or any kind of hospitality feeling. Very plain. The AC was not working properly and we have to call the reception at midnight and they say they are controlling AC temperature from reception area and they will just set it to cooler now. Second night also same thing happened. Disturbed our sleep for 2 days. No lobby area as such. Bad coffee machine at reception.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms and helpful staff
Pros:

For what it’s worth, I’d say this property is a very solid gem for its category - easy access to two metro lines, with restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores in the vicinity without the crowds of Namba or Tennoji which are just a few stops away.

What makes it truly stand out, aside from the excellent breakfast and amenities (coffee machine in lobby, onsen and laundry facilities) are the efficient yet warm and helpful staff.

Shoutout to Kumara, Nanasa and Roshan for making what I thought would be a simple stay, a comfortable one. We look forward to returning.

Excellent Location- very close to Subway station.
Pros:

Excellent Location - right next to Subway station. This makes the daily travel very convenient. Staff is helpful & courteous. Room size was decent & looks fresh/ new. Dinning options are limited but that was not an issue for us as most of the day, we were out. Lot of Indian/Nepali restaurants near by along with 7/11 & family mart store to buy snacks & drinks. Will recommend to all.

Excellent hotel in a great location right outside a subway station…great place to stay for anyone in Osaka
