Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Arrived to check in at midnight, no hot water for a much needed shower in our room & advised they would look at it in the morning. Technician came and advised set at Luke warm, which is not acceptable.
Only one coffee cup provided and requested 2nd one never arrived.

Location wasn't that great. The majority of the on-street parking was unavailable due to all the apartment complexes around. There was not enough parking spaces for check-ins.

It was surrounded by good restaurants and the mall. Restaurant inside hotel was great. Staff friendly especially Napolean! I would book there again.
