Lo único destacable fue la amabilidad del chico de recepción, que en todo momento intentó ayudar y nos atendió con educación.

Cons:

El trato recibido por la responsable del hotel fue inaceptable. Antes del check-out pedimos en recepción 15 minutos más para dejar la habitación y nos dijeron que no había problema. Aun así, a las 12:00 recibimos una llamada exigiéndonos, de malas maneras, que abandonáramos la habitación. Al comentarlo en recepción, nos indicaron que la responsable había decidido otra cosa.

Lo más desagradable fue escuchar posteriormente cómo, al conocer mi queja, la responsable comentó que "solo viene chusma" y que, si alguien necesitaba más tiempo, "que pague". Considero que ese tipo de comentarios son totalmente impropios hacia los clientes.

Además, la limpieza tampoco fue la esperada, ya que encontramos una cucaracha y las sábanas tenían manchas.

Alojamiento perfecto a 1 min de la Plaza Mayor
Pros:

Me gustó muchísimo la localización, la limpieza y la disponibilidad de los empleados que manejan el hotel. Me pareció, un negocio aparentemente familiar y que además está super bien llevado.
