Beautiful locale, uncaring staff
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and has a lot of space in rooms and in common areas. This time if the year (June), the flowers were stunning, too. Their breakfast is always very nice as well (this wasn't my first stay).

Cons:

The staff at this hotel does not seem to care about the guests. They barely greet upon arrival and in the morning, it's impossible to get a response to a 'good morning'. Cleaners shouted a ling way to each other when guests were present in between them. It really seems like something is off with the people who are not there to make the guests feel as welcome as they could feel.

Haven er smuk og meget velholdt med mange blomster.

Pros:

hyggeligt sted med rigtigt god aftensmad. Ligger helt perfekt på Bornholm. Vi kørte i el bil og der var gode lade forhold.

Läget är fantastiskt, men se till att få boende i den nyare delen.
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge!

Cons:

Rummet var pyttelitet, som en garderob. Inga krokar att hänga kläder på, stopp i avloppet i handfatet.
Kändes ofräscht!

Lugn och behaglig, fin utsikt över havet.
Cons:

Stängd restaurang och bar.
Hade förväntat mig lite liv och rörelse på den fina uteplatsen/baren på kvällen. Helt dött mitt i sommaren.
Inget öppet i byn heller efter 20/ 20.30

Fin buffet med ok udvalg. Jeres tatar som forret er super lækker

Cons:

Bollerne var hårde, blødkogte æg kolde og så kunne vi godt have ønsket rullepølse.

Utmärkt restaurang, boende bra läge men något slitna rum
Pros:

Restaurangen utmärkt service och mycket god mat o dryck.
Fint läge.

Cons:

Strul med bokningen av rummet, Fick först ett rum på 6 kvm- stämde inte enligt Booking. Utlovades ett rum på 16 kvm. Problem mellan hotellet och Booking.
Fick ett ett bättre rum till slut men med utsikt mot baksidan ej mot havet som Booking lovade.
Svårt som gäst att förstå detta. Booking bör lösa detta med hotellet!

Pros:

Mycket trevlig uteplats vid rummet, in mot lugn trädgård. Bra läge i stan, vid hamnen. Trevlig personal. Bra parkering för både bil och cykel.

Cons:

Lite för lite frukt och grönsaker vid frukosten, som annars var mycket bra.
