Cons:

It looked like who ever previously stayed spilled something on the walls in places,also the pillows were hard and there were gaps at the corners of the head board of the bed that creeped me out

Clean, extremely close to the station and only 1 mile from imperial palace. Big room and amenities

Pros:

スタッフの方がとても丁寧で柔らかい雰囲気で、安心して過ごすことができました。
最寄り駅からも近く、コンビニも多数あり、立地的にもとても便利です。
SNSで見かけたあの子がいるホテルだと分かり、可愛いお出迎えで、とても嬉しかったです。
お持ち帰りさせていただきましたが、1人で寂しそうなので、また近くてイベントがあった際には宿泊させていただきたいと思っています！

Pros:

le personnel, la propreté et la distance avec les transports juste à côté ! c’est top et les toilettes aussi très bien, notre chambre a été faite tout les jours !

Cons:

chambre vraiment petite et le lit très très petit vraiment faite attention il est très petit pour deux personne, la salle de bain aussi petite mais c’est bien agencé

I had a wonderful stay at Akasaka Urban Hotel Annex. The location is excellent—it's right in front of Tameike-sannō Station, making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo. It's also within walking distance of several embassies, great restaurants, and famous landmarks in the area.

The hotel is very foreigner-friendly. The reception staff speak fluent English, are always welcoming with a smile, and are happy to assist with anything you need during your stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly service, and comfortable stay.

Pros:

立地が良く、飲み歩くにも散歩するにも良かった。２泊しましたが、溜池山王駅からすぐで雨にほとんど濡れずに到着出来るのもポイントでした。

Cons:

思ったより部屋が狭かったですが、安かったので文句はありません。

ビジネス短期滞在に大変便利。虎ノ門ヒルズまでの距離約5分。コンビニも徒歩30秒の距離は良かったです。1人で過ごすには十分な広さ。モバイルコード類、ヘアアイロンの貸し出しあり。スキンケア類が揃っており、女性にも安心。

寝室とトイレの段差位がやや高め。
