Clean, friendly hotel with great breakfast and relaxing activities.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The pool was great, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we really enjoyed the unique activities: bracelet making and natural soap workshops. The small gym was also a nice bonus. A lovely hotel for a relaxing vacation!

Prachtig vertoeven in Chiang Mai
Pros:

Prachtige plek net buiten de stadsring. Doordat het er net buiten ligt is het ruim aangelegd en is het een mooi terrein om te verblijven. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon en elke dag wordt de minibar kosteloos aangevuld. Personeel is ook ontzettend vriendelijk. Zelfs toen we al uitgecheckt waren en moeite hadden om een taxi te vinden die ons naar onze volgende accommodatie kon brengen, hebben ze ons vervolgens in hun eigen bus weg gebracht. Denk dat dit wel karakteristiek was voor de mensen die daar werken.

Such a beautiful hotel on the edge of the Old Town.
The grounds are perfectly maintained and the rooms a spotlessly clean.
The daily activities are a great way for the kids to start the day (bracelet making daily and soap making on weekends) and the staff are so patient.
Breakfast was a very generous selection each day and well serviced by staff. We are so glad we chose to stay for 5 nights whilst we explored Chiang Mai.

Mooi hotel en schoon. Goed ontbijt en locatie is ook prima

We hebben een familie kamer geboekt met uitzicht, maar volgens het hotel is er geen uitzicht mogelijk bij een familie kamer. Dat stond nergens vermeld. Dit was zeer teleurstellend

Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt im Smile Lanna. Das Frühstück war super, das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage bestens (direkt an der Altstadt) und der Pool war eine tolle Erfrischung nach den Ausflügen. Besonders toll fanden wir das tägliche Angebot Armbänder selbst herzustellen und am Wochenende die Seifen. Einfach toll, wir würden es immer empfehlen!

La localización es perfecta para ir a Disney pero bastante lejos del centro. El personal muy amable pero pocos hablan inglés. Falta una piscina.

Otelde akşam etkinliği olmaması, akşam 8 den sonra hayat bitiyor. Havuz saati biraz daha geç saate alınabilir., 7 de kapanıyor olması iyi değil. Havuzun etrafındaki minik pirinç bahçesi sivrisinek oluşturuyor. Sivrisinekler için önlem alınabilir.

Tolles Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Ganz tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, immer ein Lächeln, immer hilfsbereit, super Lage zur Innenstadt, gut zu Fuss machbar, und trotzdem ruhig, schöner Pool. Beim Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Pros:

Wat een mooie tuin. Wordt echt met liefde onderhouden. Vriendelijk personeel en een mooie ruime kamer. Heerlijk geslapen zo midden in de stad.

Cons:

Het zwembad is echt favoriet bij gezinnen met kinderen. Zeker nu in de zomervakantie. Wij vonden het echt te druk en teveel geschreeuw.
