OK, Hotel, no alcohol served, no way to have a nice cocktail by the pool.. also the breakfast was very mediocre at best.
Pros:

Nice hotel, but construction around the pool made me not wanna hang out by the pool.. plus a lot of noisy small kids who were excited to be in the pool obviously.

Cons:

Needs to be spruced up a little bit

Fantastisch hotel! Zou zeker weer gaan
Pros:

Alles. Mooie kamer, heerlijk zwembad, personeel super vriendelijk! Met name Doi van Security. Wat een fijne vent. Happy hour lekkere cakejes en vers fruit.

Top gehad.
Pros:

Leuk hotel. Grote bed en ruime slaapkamers. Vriendelijke personeel.
Ontbijt was goed en kan tot 1030.
Je hebt dagelijks happy hour, gratis Fruit, koekjes en sap.
10 min van de airport.
Ze hebben dagelijks een gratis shuttel die je naar de Night market brengt. Echt een aanrader om daar te eten.
Je kan ook hun tuk tuk reserveren vanaf 100 bath.
Zwembad was oké.
Overkant een park waar je s'avonds veel lokal ziet sporten. 2030 gaat het licht uit.
Kortom heerlijk gehad bij Smile Lanna

Zwembad maar tot 19uur
We hebben in de middag loempia's gehad van hun menu....niet echt speciaal, als je het vergelijkt met de avondmarkt.
Hun smooties van de smile coffie zijn wel oké...

One of the best hotels in Chiang Mai
Pros:

The vibe is amazing. Doi receives you with the greatest smile every day. The entire staff is super friendly. The rooms are great the garden is beautiful and the pool is awesome. That's why I keep coming back.

Un bel hôtel entre ville et nature
Pros:

Grand lit, confortable. La chambre était spacieuse et moderne.
Extérieur paisible, pas mal d’activités gratuites proposées. La navette pour l’aéroport est gratuite.
Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif, complet et délicieux
Enfin le personnel de l’hôtel a été adorable avec nous durant ce séjour

Cons:

La climatisation se déréglait tout le temps - on la réglait à 24°C et elle se baissait automatiquement à 21°C
Les horaires de la piscine étaient assez restreints avec une fermeture à 19h - cependant compréhensible au vu des enfants très bruyants qui enlevaient un peu du sentiment paisible de l’établissement
Quelques travaux sur la durée de notre séjour également
Enfin, la TV semble être une smart TV mais pas d’application donc il était difficile de regarder d’autres choses que des chaînes TV thaï le soir

Très bon séjour
Pros:

En entrant dans ce (petit) complexe on se sent tout de suite à l'aise, le personnel est très gentil et agréable. Tout est mignon, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées, nous avions demandé 2 chambres côtés à côtes nous avons été servis car nous étions reliés par le jardin à l'arrière (en rdc nous avions la vue sur la piscine).
Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon, le café est excellent.
Les équipements sont corrects. Petit plus pour la navette gratuite aéroport, navette pour le night market tous les jours et les ateliers de confection de bracelet qui ont lieu tous les jours et qui ont énormément plu à ma fille.

La literie trop dure qui ne nous convenait pas
