Not recommended
Pros:

The location is very near to IIT Roorkee and Roorkee bus stand

Cons:

The hotel is very dirty and unhygienic. The room was not cleaned at all. There was cigarette buds on the toilet floor. Chewing gum was stuck in the bed headboard! The pillow was not clean. So many insects and ants in the room due to not being cleaned properly. We could not stay for two whole nights and checked out after the first night.
