فندق ذو نجمه واحده
Pros:

لم يعجبنا شيء ، كانت المره الثانيه والاخيره في هذا للفندق . ولا انصح احد بالحجز به .

Cons:

انتظرنا يومان ليتم تنظيف الغرفه ، وتبديل للمناشف ، وكل يوم يقومون بتنظيف الغرفه بوقت متاخر ، نعود للفندق لنستريح والغرفه لم تنظف بعد . المصعد توقف ليوم كانل وغرفتنا كانت اخر طابق ، واضتررنا للصعود عبر السلم .
لا تجديد في الفطور ، وبعض الايام كان هناك نقص بالشاي

Fabulous place

We love everything about this place from our arrival to leaving everything was perfect all the staff at the reception,Br.Rajab, Br.Ali ,Br.Mohammad and sister receptionist sorry forgot her name and all other staff they all very good they have arranged our pickup and dropped off from airport too it was very good 👍😊
The room was perfect, everything about lovei The location is perfect with children.
Two minutes walk to metro station which very handy for going all tourist places.
Plenty food options near by .
Grand bazar ,Hagia Sophia all near by with tram it's one stops away.which is very convenient.
The ferry is very near.
We will stay here again.
Keep up all the good work.👍👍👍

Eine schöner Stopover
Pros:

Das Familienzimmer mit Erkerfenster war perfekt für uns fünf, vor allem groß und sauber und ruhig. Das ganze Gebäude ist wunderschön. Das Hotel liegt außerdem sehr zentral. Das Personal war (abgesehen vom Küchenpersonal) sehr nett. Wir konnten das Gepäck unterstellen und in der Lobby auf den Flughafen-Transfer warten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Das Brot war alt, die Milch fürs Müsli warm und die Auswahl sehr begrenzt.

Très belle chambre et très propre.
Localisation parfaite pour explorer le centre historique

Cons:

La qualité du petit déjeuner laisse un peu à désirer.
Le mini frigo dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, ce n'est pas idéal pour avoir des boissons fraiches en pleine chaleur

The hotel was clean and well located, but the way our refundable security deposit was handled after check-out was very disappointing.
We paid a €200 cash deposit at check-in. During check-out, no one reminded us that the paper deposit receipt had to be returned in order to receive the refund. We only found out about this later, after contacting the hotel.
The hotel initially offered us two refund options: an international bank transfer or Western Union. We chose the bank transfer and provided all the requested details. Later, without our agreement, the hotel changed the refund method to Western Union because it was more convenient for them.
This resulted in a long exchange of messages, several attempts to resolve the issue and an unsuccessful visit to a Western Union office while we were still travelling. We finally managed to collect the money only after returning home.
On top of that, we received only €180 instead of our €200 deposit because the transfer fee was deducted from the refund.
The refund was eventually received, but the entire process was unnecessarily complicated. Better communication during check-out and respecting the refund method chosen by the guest would have avoided all of these problems.
