Urban living in Portland
Pros:

The Docent collection lofts are perfectly located in the Old Port section of Portland. There is parking right behind the building. The staff is very helpful. The lofts are beautifully furnished and have high end appliances. We will definitely be back!

Great spot to stay in old port area
Pros:

Excellent location in the old port. Easily walkable. Quiet (despite being next to the police station) and spacious. I would stay here again

Great location
Pros:

Spacious apartment with convenient parking. We loved having our own rooms. The washer and dryer was a bit complicated for us, but otherwise everything was in great working order and it was all very clean.

Modern Loft With Close Proximity to Downtown Waterfront
Pros:

Beautiful loft with plenty of room, full kitchen and modern amenities. The only negatives were the power went out the last night and very hard to sleep with 75 degree temp and they need a better system of towels instead of having to call every day for fresh ones since housekeeping does not come daily.

Excellent modern condo in the heart of downtown Portland
Pros:

Spacious room for my family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Convenient to all the dining and shopping in downtown Portland. Parking was convenient but pricey. Kitchen was a modern build, had to get used to it. Nice views from the windows.

Great loft in Portland, Maine
Pros:

I had a great overall experience. The staff were great to work with and the loft was in such a great location. I loved how nice the loft felt, it reminded me of my apartment in NYC so I felt very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

Another Great Stay
Pros:

We had another great experience at one of the Docents Loft's in the old port. The loft was perfectly located in Portland. Everything you needed was steps away from the property. The appliances are all brand new and the loft is beautiful

We stayed at the Docent's Collection in Portland, ME for the start of our honeymoon. The apartment was very nice, clean, quiet, and high quality. The bathroom and shower were awesome, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the apartment was fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

The only place to stay in Portland
Pros:

Stayed here for a girl's weekend in Portland and cannot recommend enough. The apartments are lovely and very nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and everything was within a few blocks. I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in Portland.

Was perfect location. Was beautiful building and apartment.

Cons:

The only issue was that the refrigerator was not working when we arrived. However the staff worked on it immediately and resolved the issue quickly
