اقامة في فندق خمس نجوم ولكن بخدمات فندق 4 نجوم .

موقع الفندق وفكرته بالآثار ، البار جيد والاستقبال محترمين ومتعاونين والجم جميل .

الإفطار لا أرى انه بمستوى فندق خمس نجوم ، كذلك لم يعجبني تقديم القهوة التركية بعد الإفطار بمبلغ خارج الإفطار ، جميع الفنادق الخمس نجوم في تركيا تقدم القهوة التركية مجاناً مع الإفطار ، كذلك أرى العاملين على الإفطار يحتاجون تدريب اكثر للتعامل فمرتين يقدم لي الشاي بدون ملعقة تحريك السكر فيه !!؟ كذلك لا يقدمون الماء مع الافطار الا حين تطلبه ، كذلك غرف التنظيف في يومين لم ينظفوا لي الغرفة مع اني وضعت لوحة التنظيف وفي اول يوم لم اجد سوى علبة مياه واحدة فقط مع اني حاجز 4 ايام !!؟ كذلك الجم جميل ولكن الموسيقى لا تعمل كل يوم فيه والموسيقى الحماسية مهمة للرياضيين ، انا انتقد للتحسين فقط ، الفندق جميل واتمنى العودة له مره أخرى في حال تحسين خدماته مثل باقي الفنادق خمس نجوم في تركيا

An unexpected and wonderful experience!
Pros:

We were in Hatay for a short time and were looking for a good hotel. We ended up there by chance and were in for a complete surprise. When we entered the hotel, we didn’t expect that the entire first floor would be a real archaeological museum! The views of the mosaic floors and excavated ruins are simply wonderful.

The story of the hotel is also special: during the construction, archaeological discoveries that are thousands of years old were found. The engineers and designers had the idea to create something completely unique – and built the hotel on top of the archaeological findings. This gives the whole building an awesome atmosphere and value.

The rooms are not very large, but they are comfortable and stylishly furnished. The staff at the reception was extremely kind and professional. The whole experience was surprising and awesome. I have traveled for years and stayed in hundreds of hotels, but such an experience is rare.

I highly recommend it, if you are in Hatay or passing through, this hotel is definitely worth a visit!
