Quiet and Nice
Pros:

Very nice place to stay overall. Parking was easy and felt safe. Nice little walk down to the water from the property.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was spotty. And the stairs in the bathroom are a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Pros:

This bed and breakfast was in a quiet neighborhood. It was a lovely and clean facility. Tina, the manager was amazing, very helpful, very welcoming. We stayed for a full 10 days and had an absolutely fabulous and restful, peaceful time.

We were happy to leave
Pros:

No cable tv. Rooms were very small. We stayed with a friend for 2 days because of beds
No bath tub plug. I take baths not showers

Cons:

You need better beds. Better bathroom and bathtub and cable tv.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Lily's Garden was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable room. The common areas were clean, comfy and nicely furnished. Optional breakfast was offered. Lily (owner) was very friendly & kind. Would definitely stay here again.

A good deal location and price wise but in need of updates for quality
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful! The place was very clean. No major issues at all comes as advertised.

Cons:

Mattress was very old and creaked. Walls had water damage. Faucets and toilet were loose. Need maintenance in many parts.

Great place, not too far from downtown, absolutely perfect if one is ok with public transit and walk
Pros:

Fully equipped kitchen;
All people using the property were pleasant and polite - this place has good vibes and attracts nice people.
Location is beautiful. Accessible by bus. Pleasure to walk around.
Great value for money

Cons:

Shower needs fixing;
My room had a basement window;
I asked for (I booked) 2 single beds. I had one king size and was fighting with my friend over duvet every night.
When people in the next room shower late at night one can hear everything

Not a place for a disabled person!
Pros:

The common area was very nice and comfortable. Considering it is such a small place, it is also very private.

Cons:

Having to take my shoes off outside-there was dirt and Little Rock’s where you did this, so you still tracked in debris. I fell down trying to do it. I also didn’t like the bathroom. There were 2 steps up to the toilet and the tub. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere as I need a cane to walk. This is not a place for a disabled person!

Very poor.
Pros:

The location was convenient. Easy to use the lock on the door

Cons:

Loud people in the bedroom next door after eleven pm. No fire alarm in the bedroom. Place was not sparking clean. Electric outlet in wall not properly secured.
