The common area was very nice and comfortable. Considering it is such a small place, it is also very private.
Having to take my shoes off outside-there was dirt and Little Rock’s where you did this, so you still tracked in debris. I fell down trying to do it. I also didn’t like the bathroom. There were 2 steps up to the toilet and the tub. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere as I need a cane to walk. This is not a place for a disabled person!
The location was convenient. Easy to use the lock on the door
Loud people in the bedroom next door after eleven pm. No fire alarm in the bedroom. Place was not sparking clean. Electric outlet in wall not properly secured.
Overgrown weeds. Broken blinds, window crank broken, towel bar was a curtain rod not attached and fell, no coffee (only an open Swiss Mocha with 1 tbsp of powder), shower curtain missing 3 rings so hung badly, towels stained, no breakfast but were told if anything on table, eat it yet nothing there, sheets had NOT been changed since previous tenant, and received email prior to entry for $50 in case of damage! This was the absolute worst place ever!
Bed was comfy.
The door didn't lock properly. The room was infested with spiders. Very strong smells from the cooking of other guests. The TV didn't work.
Tina! She’s the sweetest. Clean room, free best 2 bottled water. The bed! It’s big. Kitchen and dining that feels like your own.

Not easily accessible , Hard to go down that steep hill to the bottom
Very uncomfortable to sleep on that couch. No sheets provided. My son slept on the bed as he drove all the way from Moncton, so I chose the couch. Bad sleep. Bathroom far from your room when you get up in the middle of the night. Small room as well.
