Pros:

Die Einrichtung war hell & geschmackvoll. Trotz direkter Lage recht ruhig im Zimmer. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss war super und hat unseren Aufenthalt nochmal deutlich entspannter gemacht.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung sollte hier & da nochmal justiert werden (Reinigung vom Abfluss, passender WC-Deckel, manchmal abgeschrabbte Möbel etc) sowie recht eigenartiger Geruch im Zimmer. Parkplatz muss man etwas suchen, keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden.

Good staff, good to stay
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind! They informed us about everything we needed. The air conditioning was good. The location is also good, there were good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The cleaning was not perfect, the floor and the shower were dirty.

Pros:

Ottima struttura vicino alla playa de Malvarrosa a Valencia, lontano dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con taxi, bus o uber, per chi vuole stare vicino al mare lo consiglio, personale molto gentile con il cliente, ottima colazione.

Cons:

Tutto ok, non c'è nulla da migliorare.

Perfect city break with a beach!
Pros:

Brilliant location for the beach, transport into the old town. The restaurants and bars in this area are wonderful. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The courtyard restaurant below was never too noisy. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.
