Un buon soggiorno
Pros:

Im Richtigen Zimmer sehr schön!
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, wir hatten den Pool Bereich oft für uns alleine.

Cons:

Das Ferienapartment ist eine ziemliche Frechheit. Wir waren ehrlich gesagt etwas in Schock, als wir angekommen sind weil das Apartment extrem karg eingerichtet ist, das Bad ist heruntergekommen, man hat dort keinerlei WLAN Empfang, es ist sehr dunkel und es gab weder im Bad noch im Hauptraum genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wir haben dieses Zimmer gebucht wegen der Kochnische aber die Küche ist so spärlich ausgestattet, dass ich hier nicht hätte kochen können. Nach der ersten Nacht, in der es sehr kalt und feucht war, konnten wir nach Rücksprache mit den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen in die frei stehende Junior Suite umsiedeln weil wir dringend WLAN brauchten und noch mehrere Tage bleiben wollten. Die Suite war wunderschön und wir haben den Aufenthalt seitdem sehr genossen! Es war ein unterschied wie Tag und Nacht.

A wonderful location to unwind
Pros:

The apartment is right next to a very quiet beach and a beach club. Very relaxing atmosphere, quiet and perfect to relax.

Cons:

There was no wifi in the room, but this was not a big problem for us. The apartment is a bit dated, but the location, the quiet and the scenery make up for it.

Ubytování bylo dobré, ale komunikace Bookingu a agentury, která zajišťuje a strhává platbu je naprosto katastrofální.

Cons:

Ačkoliv jsem již v květnu měnila počet osob, byl mi nabídnut místo dvou pokojů 1 pokoj Junior site za nižší cenu, já jsem to potvrdila a přesto jsem měla připravené 2 pokoje za původní cenu, která mi byla strzena ještě před tím, než jsme se ubytovali.Po dobu pobytu jsme byli ubytování pouze v jednom pokoji Junior sítě a druhý jsme vůbec nepoužil. Do dnešního dne nemám ani vyrozumění o reklamaci, kterou řeším s Bookingem, natož vráceny cenový rozdíl, který není malý. Je to přes 500€. Proto vás stále žádám, aby jste si Booking, agentura KCM a ubytování XI Vilage vše urychleně vyřešili a přeplatek mi vrátili. S pozdravem G.Říčařová

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältis!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Fehlendes wurde vom Personal umgehend in Ordnung gebracht, bzw. ersetzt. Das Hotel hat fast direkten Zugang zum Strand.

Cons:

Das Wasser kann leider klar oder trüb sein. Grund sind die Tonfelsen, die bei stärkerem Wellengang das Wasser trüben.

Zum Weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Sauberkeit war top und die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick und der Balkon war sehr groß, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Leider konnten wir ihn nicht den ganz Urlaub nutzen weil das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat (Ende September/Anfang Oktober). Von Vorteil war auch der Kühlschrank und die vielen Möglichkeiten seine Sachen zu verstauen. Sowohl Wäscheständer war vorhanden. Und nicht zu vergessen war das sehr freundliche Personal, das sehr zuvorkommend war.

Cons:

Bett war etwas unbequem. Die gute alte Federkernmatratze halt :D und die undichte Dusche, wenn man das Wasser zu sehr aufdrehte, stand halt das Bad schnell mal unter Wasser weil die Dichtung wegen der Schiebetür nicht nach ganz hinten reicht. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten und hatten den tollen Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Enough parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but the same every day. The photos make it look like breakfast is on the terrace in front of the room. There is no photo of the dining area.
The facility could use a little more maintenance. Torn mosquito nets. Bad smell from the sewer in the room.
Wi-Fi internet in the room does not work. The signal is very poor.

It was fabulous, Greece is the best!!!
Pros:

it was a great place with a fantastic location and staff were great.
Gardens were rather neglected and very different from the photos.

Cons:

the Wifi was not good at all, we all struggled and generally got a bad signal or no signal at all

Xi relax
Pros:

La struttura è a due passi dalla spiaggia di Xi, con parcheggio direttamente fuori le camere, perfetta per passare giorni di mare in relax. La camera era ampia e pulita, con uno spazio esterno dedicato con tavolino e sedie. Presente anche lo stendino, per mettere comodamente vestiti ad asciugare. La colazione non è molto variegata ma sicuramente buona. All'interno c'è anche un comodo minimarket, dove è possibile trovare un po' di tutto, perfetto se avete dimenticato qualcosa a casa! Lo staff è gentile e accogliente. Consigliato!

Sehr nettes Personal, super Lage und gute Zimmer.

Keine Küchenzeile. Die Frühstücksauswahl könnte etwas größer sein. Trotzdem war alles vollkommen in Ordnung.

Very good
Pros:

The location is a little remote, you'll have to drive longer distances to reach the top beaches of the island, Petani is closer and Xi is near. The owners solved all our requests and tried to make a pleasant stay for us.

Cons:

Basic breakfast and same everyday, not even an omelet or fried eggs, pillows were too hard.
