Pros:

Beautiful huge room in a 16-bedroom family-run hotel. Location was perfect with many main sights and food options 1 to 5 minutes away. Goran our host was most helpful! The only downside was on the day that I arrived, the elevator broke down. A bit of a struggle therefore managing seven flights of stairs for those with mobility issues. Would still very highly recommend the hotel. Just ask if the elevator has been fixed.

die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, der Parkplatz und die Lage waren ideal. Die Bettwäsche war sauber. Der schlüssellose Zugang ist unkompliziert und funktioniert gut.

Cons:

Der Boden und das Badezimmer waren leider nicht sauber. Für ca. 50 euro pro Nacht ist das sehr schade.

Excellent location, facilities were well maintained and managed. Owner was attentive and provided excellent recommendations. Hotel was located within easy reach of old bazaar and other significant sights along with square.

Pros:

Special thanks to the staff member who helped us just as our car was about to be towed. I don't know what we would have done without their help. It was far more than just an accommodation experience. Truly grateful!

Es ist mittel,die Ältere Dame an der Rezeption ist dauernd unten an rauchen gewesen,nicht so Gastfreundlich wie wir erwa

Hilfsbereitschaft vom Herr der Rezeption,da er geschaut hat ein Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Cons:

Wir waren 3 Tage,und bekamen keine Neue Hand-Duschtücher!

Great hotel in Skopje heart
Pros:

Great hotel. Location is right next to main square, the host is very friendly and responds very quickly on Whatsapp. The room was also very big and very affordable.

Good location with large rooms but just know what you are signing up for, not a traditional hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect and close to main city center attractions. The room was very large and bed was comfy. The salon one floor down was superb but this is a separate independent business.

Cons:

While probably independent of hotel, the building management is not great, janky elevator that stopped working during my stay and stairwell floors dirty with bottles of cigarette buds. Showers could be cleaner but it wasn’t that bad.

We had a wonderful stay at Osten Art Hotel in Skopje. The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés on foot.

The hotel itself has a unique artistic character, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as we hoped for, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to Goran, the manager, who was absolutely excellent. He was extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. His hospitality and personal attention really made a difference and made us feel more like guests than customers.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again whenever we visit Skopje. Highly recommended, especially for the location, atmosphere, cleanliness, and wonderful hospitality from Goran and the team!

La ubicacion y la modernidad de las habitaciones y sistema de entrada.

Cons:

Solo un pequeño detalle... la salida era a las 11.00h y a las 9.00h nos estaban llamando a la puerta para decirnos que teniamos que irnos a las 11.00h y nos interrumpio el descanso.
