Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

The room was compact but comfortable and had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day, including cleaning the room, changing towels, and replenishing necessary supplies.

The location was very convenient, making it easy and quick to reach most of Istanbul’s main attractions.

Breakfast was included in our stay. It was tasty and offered a traditional Turkish-style selection. The menu was the same each day and not particularly large, but it was more than enough for a light breakfast before heading out to explore the city.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

ottima posizione. ambiente rilassato e familiare, staff molto gentile. per chi cerca un piccolo hotel, in una buona posizione, potrebbe essere consigliato.

Cons:

in bagno non c'è praticamente nulla se non delle boccette di doccia schiuma (immagino). La colazione è discreta ma il caffè è a pagamento! e lo trovo uno svantaggio, per chi non beve the e considerato che il caffè è una componente normale della colazione in molti paesi del mondo, qui lo devi pagare a parte.
L'episodio più sgradevole è stato il servizio navetta che ho prenotato con l'hotel. dopo quasi un'ora di attesa sotto il sole, non si è visto nessuno, ho dovuto chiamare e discutere io con l'autista per farmi venire a prendere, per un costo di € 55! Ho imparato solo dopo, che c'è il pullman che dall'aeroporto porta a Taxim (e viceversa) per un decimo del prezzo.

Posizione eccellente,vicino a piazza Taksim,Istikal caddesi,Galata Tower.
Camera pulita e spaziosa,aveva anche il balconcino, da cui era possibile vedere i tetti della zona tra cui il tetto della torre di Galata.
Personale cortese,sorridente e molto disponibile.
Consiglio l hotel, ci ritornerò

Great location and simple, cozy rooms, but let down by a disappointing breakfast experience.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was absolutely great and very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The room itself was simple and on the smaller side, but it was perfectly fine for our needs and comfortable enough for the stay.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with the breakfast and a hidden charge policy. We specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was included, as having a morning coffee is very important to us. On our first day, we ordered coffee at breakfast and nothing was said. On the second day, after we ordered again, we were told coffee was not included in the "included breakfast" and were hit with a $30 bill for both days. It didn't state anywhere that coffee was extra, and paying a small fortune a cup for very poor quality coffee felt like a trick. We ended up skipping coffee there for the rest of our stay and went to local cafes instead. Additionally, the room only had one pillow per person, which made reading in bed quite uncomfortable; having two pillows each would have been much better.

Спасибо большое за прием, была очень рада остановиться здесь! Отличное местоположение, уборка номера ежедневная (смена полотенец, белья и т.д.) - было супер приятно, возвращаться в идеально чистый номер ежедневно🫶🏻
Так же отдельное спасибо сотрудникам - все были максимально приветливы, всегда рады были помочь и угостить чаем🥹
Кухня отдельная любовь - все что мы кушали, было вкусно)
Спасибо еще раз за такой радушный прием, будем рады вернуться🙏🏻🏠

Pros:

Жили в этом отеле неделю. Отличное расположение, до Истикляль 2 минуты. Но при этом совсем не шумно. Очень приветливый персонал) Чистый номер, каждый день новые полотенца и уборка. Удобные кровати, хороший фен, напор воды в душе. Поменяли подушки сразу же после просьбы (слишком высокие для нас оказались))) Вкусные завтраки, правда одинаковые каждый день) Рядом полно кафе, магазинов, до остановок транспорта тоже близко.

Отличный тихий отель с чудесным, отзывчивым персоналом. Останавливаюсь здесь не первый раз, всегда чисто. Идеальное месторасположение с точки зрения логистики, совсем рядом с площадью Таксим и шумным Истикляль, но сама улочка тихая, рядом школа. В номерах достаточно место, есть все необходимое. В случае необходимости, вам всегда помогут. Рядом замечательное кафе Бейрут.

Cudowni, pomocni właściciele i cały personel - dziękujemy bardzo za gościnę i pozdrawiamy serdecznie. Fantastyczny kameralny hotel, w genialnej lokalizacji w klimatycznej dzielnicy pełnej kawiarenek, antykwariatów, małych warsztatów rękodzielniczych i restauracji. 5 minut pieszo do Placu Taxim.Wyjątkowa czystość , wygodne łóżka i przestronny pokój. Codzienne sprzątanie , świeże ręczniki, zestaw kosmetyków i kapci jednorazowych. W hotelu działa fantastyczna restauracja. Hotel wyjątkowy i godny polecenia ze świetną rodzinną atmosfera, goście czują się bardzo zaopiekowani.

Das Team von Madame Roza war sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beyoğlu ist ein pulsierender Stadtteil. Madame Roza liegt in einer eher ruhigeren Straße in dem Viertel.
