Pros:

There was an iron for smoothing out the clothes.

Cons:

The wash machine didn't have a drying function and there was no tumbler in the facility. To dry the clothes there was only a very small rack to hang at max 5 t-shirts. The toilet had fungual spores on the cistern lid

キッチンは、使えない。
Pros:

繁華街にアクセスしやすかった。

Cons:

キッチン用品がほとんどなく、自炊出来なかった。タブレットもクルクルしっぱなしでなんの役にも立たなかった。

・部屋が広い
・騒音があまりなく、静か
・立地がよい
・コスパ

天神地下街が近く、雨の日、殆ど濡れずに移動でき、最高だった！

Cons:

・チェックインするまでが、少し難しい（慣れたら簡単）

部屋に入るまでの番号がチェックインした後に、メールにまとめて送られてきたので、もう少し前に送っていただけるとありがたいと思った。

Pros:

Good location and some shops are nearby. Bus stop in nearby. Bed was comfortable. Entrance is safe with entry with a code only.

Cons:

I booked two single rooms and we were placed on floors 7 and 12. Rather far apart. One room was nicer than the other. Also, the hotel is a refurbished older apartment building with a small fridge. I wasn't aware of that. Basic compact kitchen (not used). Room was clean but showed a lot of wear and tear in both rooms. All items were clean.
7th floor room: electric strip was difficult to find and the only way to charge devices. Electric outlet on the bed did not fit my device. Blinds were broken so the sunlight in the morning was too bright to sleep in. iPad on the 7th floow was not charged but the iPad in the room on the 12th floor was the first noticeable item and easy to use.

위치 가격 크기 침대 화장실(수도관 퀄리티 포함) 오~ 모~두 매우 좋습니다.
❗️그런데 말입니다. 이 모든 것을 상쇄/다 이기는 매우 큰 크리티컬 포인트가 있습니다.

*hint. 본인 잠귀가 어둡다.
또는 살아있는 일본 av를 소리로만 듣고 싶다? 한다면 ㄱㄱ 단점 봐주삼

福岡には今回で6回目の旅行ですが、こんな経験は初めてでした。

goom Hotel Nakasu は立地も良く、部屋も十分な広さがあり、バスルームも清潔で全体的には満足しています。
ただし、一つだけ非常に大きな欠点があります。

私は1210号室に宿泊しましたが、6月15日の午前3時頃から、隣の1211号室のカップルのおかげで約1時間にわたり「映像なし・音声だけの日本AV」を強制的に楽しむことになりました。

ノックもして、チャイムも鳴らしました。
数分だけ静かになったものの、その後は再び情熱的な夜が再開されました。

つまり、このホテルは 防音性能がほとんどありません。
福岡には何度も来ていますが、ここまで隣室の生活音が聞こえたホテルは初めてです。
立地や設備は本当に良いだけに、防音だけ改善されたら素晴らしいホテルになると思います。

静かに眠りたい方は、耳栓を持参するか、運良く静かな隣人に当たることを祈りましょう。😂

한국의 개싸구려 모텔보다 못한 방음이었습니다.

立地は最高！駅近で徒歩圏内に全てありました！

Cons:

3名で宿泊！ソファーベッドの記載があったので部屋を予約したのにベッドにならないただのソファー！ソファーベッド1台と記載するのはダメだと思います！
