從天神南出來走路10分鐘內可到，方便的鬧區，是唯一的優點。

Cons:

日本旅行多年，第一次遇到馬桶上面的水龍頭因為老舊生鏽而自動脫落，房間的洗衣機溝槽黑黑的很髒，冷氣也不夠冷。總之在昂貴的福岡夏日住宿，想住在熱鬧的地區，這邊的房價確符合想逛街就可以步行到任何地方的位置。但整個住宿空間的品質，整體就是很讓人失望。

Cons:

部屋が全く掃除されていません。まず、使用済タオルが棚に放置されていた。風呂に自分たちのでは無い他人の髪の毛が何本もくっついていたり、洗面所に他人のつけまつげがくっついていた。床や隙間にもほこりが多く、きちんと掃除をしていないとすぐに分かりました。洗濯機のゴミが溜まるフィルターにはありえないほどのほこりやカビが放置されていて、非常に不快になりました。掃除しました。
