Ótima localização próximo ao terminal de trem para quem vem de outra cidade, e do metrô, para locomoção interna pela cidade. Café da manhã completo com ampla variedade de opções. Equipe excelente e atenciosa. Tivemos um problema com nosso quarto no segundo dia e em poucos minutos já estavam trocando a gente de quarto para resolver a questão.

Hyvä hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Ystävälllinen henkilökunta. Kattoterassilta hyvät näkymät.
Pros:

Monipuolinen ja maittava aamupala. Aamiaishuone oli viihtyisä.

Cons:

Aamupalaboxi, yhtenä aamuna ennen retkeä jouduimme ottamaan, oli pettymys. Siinä keksejä ja marmelaadia ja hedelmiä. Varsinaisella aamupalla appelssiinimehu oli usein loppu ja sitä ei saanut lisää.

Location is prime but nothing special

The fact that there was a fitness room

Cons:

The welcome of the reception could've been kinder, we didnt feel well recieved.
While we tried the fitness room around 7h30am we smelled cigarettes smoke
Maybe it would be better if in the description it said "Its an american styled breakfast" instead of "Amercian breakfast" which are 2 different things in our opinion.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful as I arrived early from Sorrento and they were able to provide me an early check in for an additional charge that was reasonably priced. The front desk was proficient in English which was of great benefit as my use of the Italian language is minimal. The lobby was expansive with couches and chairs to meet up with other traveling family members to relax for them to catch their train across the street. Hotel is very clean and well kept, room was spacious, clean, and had great views. The area is Naples, you get what you get in its surroundings, no better or worse than any area.

Hotel and staff are very nice, comfortable room and bed, good black out curtains and soundproofed windows.

THIS HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT FOR OUR PRE CRUISE! THE BAR DRINKS WERE SO GOOD! THE TRAIN STATION WAS RIGHT NEXT DOOR AND WE WALKED TO TAKE THE FERRY TO GO TO POSITANO ❤️❤️
