Luigi, der Rezeptionist war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schönes Zimmer, sauber und komfortabel.
Super Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr unaufmerksam und wirkte nicht wirklich bemüht.
Leere Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, und man wurde eine Dreiviertelstunde lang kein einziges Mal gefragt, ob man einen Kaffee oder Ähnliches wolle.

Not bad!
Pros:

We loved the hotel's location, lobby, and breakfast—all were excellent with nothing to fault. The staff were incredibly friendly too.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room didn't meet the same standard. The shower drained very slowly, taking over half an hour for water to clear, the toilet didn't flush properly, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom throughout our stay.

Pros:

나폴리 중앙역 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔입니다.
역 앞이라서 항상 많은 택시들이 대기하고 있고 폼페이와 남부 아말피로 가는 로컬 투어 버스들이 호텔 앞에서 출발합니다.
호텔은 청결하고 직원들이 친절했습니다. 방에 휴대용 선풍기를 두고 체크아웃을 했는데 찾아 보관해줘서 다시 돌아와 가져갈 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

다만 TV가 구형이어서 넷플릭스나 디즈니에 연결하여 볼수는 없었습니다. 원인을 알수 없는 잠시 정전도 발생 했습니다.

מלון מקסים ואלגנטי ליד תחנת רכבת ותחנת מטרו, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת
Pros:

מיקום מאוד נוח ליד תחנת הרכבת, וליד תחנת מטרו. חדר מאוד מרווח ומעוצב באלגנטיות נעימה, (הזמנתי חדר סופריור עם נוף להר וזוב, שודרגתי לחדר דלוקס עם הנוף). ארוחת בוקר מאוד מגוונת. צוות העובדים מאוד אדיב ושירותי.
זו פעם שניה שאני שוהה במלון זה, הלובי מקסים.

Cons:

אין תאורה במרכז החדר. יש תאורה בכל מקום שצריך לשימוש בו אבל באופן כללי החדר לא מרגיש מואר.
