Perfect location and safe environment
Pros:

Nice room, excellent location just 1 minute from the central station. Air conditioning and shower work perfectly. Supermarket just opposite of the hotel. Just a few metro stations from the major attractions and shopping area. My room has a balcony facing the famous volcano and the area is surrounded by restaurants operating until late night with quiet environment.

Cons:

Room a little bit expensive but it’s worth and one of the best choices in the city.

Pros:

Wow what a sh*t hole got put here because our flight was delayed for 3 days. Outside was full of rubbish. Army and police are all around outside. Very noisy if you open your doors to go on the balcony..Paid for breakfast both times the food is cold by the time you get to a table.also cleaners go in your room without asking my to daughters was in the room next door and they just walked in the door the do not disturb sign obviously doesn't mean anything... I would not recommend this... But on the bright side the staff down at the front desk are nice..

Location was perfect for us. We wanted something close to train station and it doesn’t get much closer. Hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. Large rooms with really high ceilings. Breakfast was okay. Italians don’t eat breakfast so the spread was mostly for Americans. The eggs and sausage were not really edible. The bacon was warm prosciutto and melted in your mouth. Couldn’t get enough of that. Pastries especially cornettos were better than great.

Dobry ale zależy na który pokój trafisz
Pros:

Duże łóżko, wygodne. Czysta łazienka, przepyszne śniadania i doskonała lokalizacja

Cons:

Trafiliśmy na pokój z oknami wychodzącymi wprost na ulicę- było bardzo głośno do ok godz 2/3 nad ranem co było uciążliwe

Thanks for the great location.
Pros:

Extremely convenient. Staff was great. Our guided trip to Vesuvius and Pompeii met right outside of the hotel. Travis station just steps away.

Cons:

It is kind of dirty around the outside of hotel. Not the fault of the hotel, but be aware.
