So convenient to the Naples train station.
Pros:

Spacious and very clean .
The room was beautifully appointed with plenty of room for our big suitcases.
The view over the courtyard was great to have a drink.
Breakfast was a fabulous smorgasbord

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Good location for connecting to train and Metro. Not great neighborhood. Breakfast was plenty to choose from.

Close to trains and metro room service was spot on no complaints. Close to restaurants and shopping very good 👍

Cons:

Staff room next door to our room which was so noisy all the time disturbed our sleep. Very dark room no window balcony only over a dark courtyard. Breakfast was good however it was a lottery if food was restocked each morning it was a issue for us we pay for breakfast andvwould not expected to leave without being fed but the wait was unbearable so we would go out most days after and go to breakfast in a cafe. It was almost like there was a lack of staff they would carry in one item at a time. i think in my opinion that a trolley is needed with a few levels for multiple trays this would fix that problem rather quickly. Rather than one tray at a time thats not rocket science. we asked for bread for toast most days also coffee was almost always out even when asked it was almost like no one understand English or even care.

Pros:

Very, very close to the Naples Garibaldi. It's what we needed and it was great! The pictures don't do justice to the hotel - it is much better than it looks!

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean when we got there. I saw a good amount of hair on the bathroom floor, so it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Naples is a little rough on the edges but once you step into Starhotels Terminus, you’re in a beautiful haven
Pros:

Attention to details.
The room was cosy and beautifully done.
We had an early train to catch and it was right outside the main train station.
Also had great places to eat nearby.
Definitely would recommend Franco’s pizza 🍕
